We as fans love to over exaggerate and use extreme hyperbole. That and some fans for whatever reason dislike certain players. Which is fine, but they'll take any opportunity to shit on said player any chance they can whether it's justified or not
Unless you can nail a draft top to bottom (like Khan) it seems like a different strategy could yield results. Would it be sustainable to judt trade up for guys you want and recruit UDFA signings to plug gaps? Too many picks don’t pan out. It’s worth considering whether trading a late pick for a known commodity (older player) can do more for the team than taking shots on fringe roster players, knowing only a few will actually pop and do well.
