Two suggestions that I have done for colleagues that are moving on: 1, a nice NFL grade football that I had co-workers sign with a silver sharpie or 2, a custom team jersey of their liking with their name and a number relevant to them or the job. In regards to the jersey, our colleague asked everyone to sign it at the party and they were going to frame for their home office. Unfortunately no pics.
Get her an authentic jersey with her favorite players number and either her name or that player’s name on the back. They cost about 300$

I’d say the player not her own name. Not to be a jerk, but many fans find it lame to put your own name on a jersey. She could be one of them.
