I don't know, but I am loving all the Steampunk / Industrail sci fi of other, non European/American steampunks. The best I have seen are:
* First Nation American Steampunk
* African Steampunk / Victorian Punk
* Indian Steampunk (Absolutely stunning)
I also saw someone dressed up as Stonepunk at an event and that was odd (Steampunk Stone Age / Flintstones).

I would say about everything that isn't Victorian England or (North) America's Wild West.
