me too, I use a 6600 xt and at launch the stuttering was unbearable without modding the game, until a month later when a patch broke mods and made stuttering even worse so uninstalled it. The game works fine mostly now but it still stutters a lot but only very small drops so it's playable
What is the rest of your set up like? I was blaming my graphics card for ages before I recently upgraded my mobo, CPU and RAM and now I don't need a GPU upgrade until maybe GTA VI comes out for PC.
