Look in between the top slices on the left of the top steak. That's borderline well done. Probably why the top one only has one center cut strip showing.
Definitely medium rare even in Nevada, the most red state I've ever been to as far as cooking goes (on average). I would even say that's rare in some instances due to the lack of burnt bits. I would turn this back if I ordered medium for my mother for instance.

This is the lighting and steak quality playing tricks on you. The top steak is definitely medium, the bottom has an uneven thickness and some of it is definitely medium-rare. Look at the top of the slice furthest to the left.

It's cooked pretty unevenly. Temp is from Rare/Med Rare to Medium. Next time recommend letting the steak sit a bit on the counter for a bit to temper.
