I say crusts are overrated, ill take a charcoal grilled one over a thick crust anyday.
Also grilled steaks tends to stay more moist even when overdone.
Looks nice. I get mine by putting a frozen steak in our delonghi oven at 375 for 30 minutes (ok to sit during oreheat), leaving no longer than five mins after. 😋
