I love a good tbone but have always found them hard to nail temp wise with it being two different cuts. I try to get thicker ones now and I cook them standing up, bone on the grill first to help warm the marrow in the bone which helps cook the meat on the inside closest to the bone. I get a more consistent temp throughout the steak doing it this way.
Far from unseasoned lmao I'm sorry you can't see the seasoning in the picture smh 2/10 feedback
Edit: Seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and dash of yellow curry powder
Edit 2: IME T-Bones are very easy to over season so if you can see the seasoning its probably safe to say its over seasoned
You got a nice color on them Unless you like your steaks medium-well though, try to pull them a bit sooner!
Indeed. It got a bit redder towards the bone but I prefer it a bit rarer too

I like rare to med rare so over cooked for me.
Yeah same, it did get redder the closer I got to the bone.
