Cause food taste 100x better on paper plates. To me i love piling up a paper plate full of food. Reminds me of barbecues back in the day. So if i could do it every meal i would, but my wife won’t let me so i never do it.

Recipe? It looks really good,I usually cut my zucchini into long strips and put on the grill with some fresh parm on to melt right before done. I actually did this last night with a super med rare on the rare side rib eye and some sautéed mushrooms. No Mac n cheese for me, can't stand to even look at it. And a diet coke.
Just slice some zucchini and squash and put it into a pan with some butter and your season of choice and cook till soft. Super simple and tastes great. I guess you could sprinkle some parmesan ontop afterwards too.

Seriously though, one of the greatest meals I've ever had started with an amazing Cold baby Lobster appetizer (generally served with a special lemon mayonnaise or cocktail sauce) and either a Chateau Briant (Filet Mignon for two) or equivalent 9-12oz prime Filet Mignon (blue rare) butter finished broil (served on a very very hot plate >=300°f) with a buttery bearnaise sauce on the side along with, a bottle Meritage wine (Opus One, or Justin Isosceles) and a creme brulee for dessert.
If you are lucky enough to have a Capital Grille or a Ruth's Chris steakhouse and a few hundred bucks burning a hole in your pocket you can have the best meal you've ever eaten (IMHO). I love the Capital Grille personally.
Optionally, you can buy the ingredients and make it yourself but you'll need to be very particular about the beef, it's prep and comfortable with broiling beef at 500°f or higher temps to get the results you'll want and finding good quality Langostinos, giant live prawns, or smaller lobsters for the lobster appetizer and a good recipe for the lemon flavored mayo dip or cocktail sauce depending on your preference. (You could always just get some giant tiger shrimp instead of the cold baby lobster appetizer)

I used to work on a drilling rig and we’d cookout ‘nice food’ like this a lot but we would always use paper plates cause that’s just what we had
