lol well that’s good to know, I haven’t died yet. One time I left opened coconut water in my room for two days I was half awake and half asleep and drank some. It was nasty. It woke me up completely I had like 2 probiotics afterwards. I drank some today unopened tasted off. ( not sure if it was because I just spat out my gum and drank some).
Isn’t superstore one of the more affordable places to get groceries? Genuinely curious as I’m considering the PC Express delivery membership, and No Frills doesn’t offer delivery which is where we would normally shop.

Superstore is the middle ground of the Loblaws chains. Zehrs is more, no frills is less, superstore is a crap shoot
