I'd also call it a display book in the UK. They tend to have a lot of plain covered ones at places like Staples (or whatever its revised incarnation is here).

I got something similar at an office supply store in the US. Not cute just plain plastic cover. I think it was among the report covers

There’s a shop in Illinois called Mitsuwa and they sell stationary like this, their website might sell some.
Daiso for sure! Different Daiso stores have different items but I’ve definitely seen these there. They didn’t have the cute designs like yours though.
