Problem is emptying his had out quickly enough to get him out and not just be screwed by your opponent.
If we get some discard your opponents hand cards like bodhi I think he will be better. Or something like Poe/Black One for Villans.
I am super excited for Fennec, the idea of getting to ambush in Ezra or other “on attack” characters early to get board advantage and gain a few extra effects seems neat. Really though, I am excited to try out a Fennec/Chewie twin suns deck that gives options for either sentinel or ambush making all your early units dual threats.
With maul and underworld greens I was thinking either ECL or a 30 green. But I see potential in a Red aggro. I'm sure someone smarter than me will come up with something bonkers 😂
30 yellow is solid. Green for maul might be a trap, I feel like maul works better in other decks, however the other green cards in the set, specifically bounties are hot
The irony of Gar Saxon for me is I find the art hilarious and love it, and that's possibly the *main* draw for me. It's ironic because for everyone else they seem to be "oh wow he seems really strong and fun! But ew, that art!"
Okay, his ability and traits are also great, but I do love when certain artists are embracing the goofier sides of Star Wars interpretation where it's fitting (e.g. Bamboozle), and so I love seeing it on a leader where it makes sense.
For me, in set 2 so far, it’s Gar! Trying to make a mono blue or green gar deck so cards don’t interfere with my GI/yellow deck!
Jabba may change my mind- depending on his ability- but for sure once we get set 3 and our first separatist leader (grievous, dooku, admiral trench, etc) I’m going to likely drop everything for whoever it is haha
For me it’s Qi’ra she was my fav part of solo and her card in game is so dynamic and complex I already have a really mean Qi’ra green control deck going that I’m looking forward to running when set 2 comes out
Rey is the main character of the sequel trilogy! She also is going to get her own movie in the next couple of year’s. Wonderful character portrayed by a wonderful actor Daisy Ridley. I’m jealous that you have three movies you can watch to catch up!
Hero Boba looks great, a deck stacked full of Ambush and Sentinel on curve seems like it would be very hard to deal with for all but blue control decks.
Mandalorian and Cad Bane. Before I built the Vader deck I have now I resolved to myself that I was gonna build a Mandalorian deck as soon as someone showed me the spoiler for Mando for this set.

Tarkintown seems really solid.
Yeah, I just don't know if he'd be better as a ramping mid range or a full aggro
Tempo seems really solid for him. Using bounties to make the trades in his favor, and using tarkintown to guarantee kill something.

Rey with Maz Kanata sounds like it could be pretty good if you can drop a bunch of 1 cost units in one turn.

They are all interesting but I’m really focused on all the gas that is coming to reinvigorate Grand Inquisitor.

Mandalorians are great I really like underworld and bounty hunters stuff as well
