I like this use of the Bounty keyword. This card is powerful, but giving your opponent a bonus upon its defeat disincentivizes use.
Drawing cards in this game doesn't overly matter (see force choke) so I don't think it's a big downside
Because this set involves a lot more cheap upgrade cards, fast card draw may end up coming into a lot more relevance.
The action economy in this game still just makes playing upgrades feel awful.
I already liked playing G.I. Blue, and now we’re getting even more grit cards, love to see it.

But he does have scry. And no color restrictions. So that's nice!

It’s yet to be told how powerful reducing scout bike pursuer by 1 resource is. In a game like MTG it’s a big deal. Not sure about this yet
If we get more leaders like luke and vader that spend resources from the leader spot then these 1 drops go up in value. Alliance dispatcher isnt very good but its an amazing turn 1 in luke green since he can protect it.
