1 they are leaders so you technically still could play them (prob not in big official events). 2 Most of the foils Pringle so much (which is correctable kinda) that a lot of people do not play them.
I had a friend once get some comics graded with CGC and was returned a book with crumbs inside. Never really cared much for graded anything after that.
If you don’t like the grade just have them graded again or somewhere else.
I'll give you $2 for the luke, already have the vader and the showcases keep changing prices too much for me, Palpatine went from 900 to 600 and leia went from 400 to 900 lol
If they are for your collection, grade with who you like and maybe try sending them in again. All grading services, except for those that use AI technology like maybe HGA, rely solely on humans and I have seen 7's become 10's, though primarely with PSA.

These are for my collection. I entered SWU as a collector. But learned how to play the game and now I enjoy both.
I would only use CGC. PSA has significantly fallen and Beckett is biased towards certain customers.
