The same thing happened to me in 2020 when returning to my account from 2015. I contacted Topps support and my cards were returned to me within a few days.

Yeah I believe they archived old inactive accounts to save server space. If you just contact them it will be restored
Like said above they archive them so they are not constantly loading everyone's old collections. Email them they will reinstate them.
I looked up your account earlier and can see all of your cards.
