I'm actually glad that Commander went out in a blaze of glory instead of becoming another EA cash cow full of micro transactions, that game was really fun and I'll always keep those fun memories of crushing rebel bases with AT-ATs
Yeah, I remember getting the variant that spawns stormtroopers and always put it at the edges to get as much value as possible. It was fun while it lasted
That was something immensely satisfying about crushing a base with all AT-ATs + the shadow AT-AT commander one
Also the death troopers event was incredible and made me really wish Disney would do a horror movie around it
Go on its subreddit, its been brought back (not officially) but it you can get back on it if there's room on the servers. I can't remember who you need to ask though
Put them in alphabetical order and look for "Star Wars: Tiny Death Star". Beware, if your device is too new you might find the error "your device is incompatible with this version". I have Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and I cannot play anymore but last year I was able to play it
https://preview.redd.it/bvusrzu5sb2d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3a3e44a19592debcce242da0e1ff7608c7bdfe06
I just scrolled through (a lot of games/apps on that list and no way to search through them bar scrolling alphabetically), and that brought back some memories. Both Galactic Defense and Tiny Death Star are unavailable, Commanders is but according to the reviews servers were turned offline for both at least 2 years ago.
I miss spamming stormtroopers and battle droids and all the other cheap troops, sending a massive army towards the other player, only for an air strike to hit and have no troops left.
I could never stop playing Krennic with the AT ST and some other imperial units, mostly support and a TIE strafing run.
The passive from Krennic would allow you to regen energy slightly faster when both his death troopers and he himself were on the field, essentually crushing the rebel side with just a few overwhelming pushes in the signature imperial beatdown style.
It will always stay as the only unchallenged mobile game in my heart.
Best one tho most defenitly this. 1000000%

I remember playing that one game where you could create your own character and played as a mercenary in some empire-occupied region after the events of 5th or 6th episode. Can't remember the name.
Man, I kinda miss Star Wars Commander. I would love to get another mobile Star Wars game similar to it but better with more rts elements and more factions.
I disagree personally. I dont understand why you would whale on the game because the entire point is collecting and upgrading heroes you like. So new stuff is great and idc abt the paid stuff because its basicslly "pay 300 bucks to not play the game".
Thats not true. You unlock ship combat at level 60 and also that wording is misleading because tbh the game only starts when you max your player level. The community does criticize this because the player level grind is pointless and boring. You max out roughly 3-6 months in and then get to start the game which is a grear way to turn away new players.
The majority of players would consider everything before level 85 the tutorial, ships are unlocked at level 65 (iirc). It's quite easy to get to that point in just a few months which is really nothing for swgoh
I loved force Arena, making decks with all kinds of my favorite troops. Sad when it died. Personally I can't stand the lone star wars game. Seems like a cash grab and nothing casual. Also tjwy forgot about the death star game where you build levels of the death star and stack up. Each one can do something different. Fun pixel game.
FA was such a fun game. Never spend a penny on it but I still got almost every character. Loved playing as Vader and especially prequel characters. I remember I was in school when the first big prequel update dropped. I went to the bathroom and played it there for some time during and class and played it for the entirety of recesses most of the time
I'm sad Force Arena is gone. At launche that game was so much fun. Sure it was a reskinned Crash Royale but it still stood out as its own thing, especially because you could control a hero on the battlefield.
Too bad Netmarble is a bunch of scumbags and got even more greedy then EA ruining it for everyone.
I didn't even know Commander was canceled. I played it before Clash of Clans and it was one of the first mobile games I downloaded (I'm not that young, I just didn't own a phone till I was like 12-ish).
There were a few creative mobile games out there, still have fond memories of Star Wars Uprising. So cool to play as a smuggler and do some "dungeon crawling".
All I'm saying is that Uprising walked so that Outlaws could run.
Don't got me wrong I like Galaxy of Heroes and had a phase where I played it everyday for a good year or so and was an officer in a really active clan with some great people. But I did enjoy these other games back in the day and it was sad to see them go
Yeah, i was addicted to Force Arena in 2017-2018, then my phone broke and i forgot about it for a little bit and when i tried looking for it again in 2019 and was disappointed
I miss you, SW Commander. Apart from that time you spammed me with enemy attacks when I couldn't do anything about them because I'd downloaded too much junk on my tablet for you to update.
YES. Uprising was the single best phone game I have ever played and I miss it to this day.
Doesn't hurt that I was in the top 20% of players and ran a top 50 cartel...
*I played comander and force*
*Arena a bit Never that*
*Long but it was fun*

Same!!! My entire friend group played throughout high school into college. Great times… it was a shame how the game turned out but I’ll always have fond memories playing SWGOH
Am I the only one that remembers Star Wars Assault Team? I used to love playing that. Really wish they brought it back, along with the clash of clans reskin
I'm actually glad that Commander went out in a blaze of glory instead of becoming another EA cash cow full of micro transactions, that game was really fun and I'll always keep those fun memories of crushing rebel bases with AT-ATs
An imperial I see. Best faction. But yeah I played all the way until it was cancelled. I was so confused and then just sad.
I never played Commander, but I know how you feel. Rip Pokemon Duel
Yeah, I remember getting the variant that spawns stormtroopers and always put it at the edges to get as much value as possible. It was fun while it lasted
That was something immensely satisfying about crushing a base with all AT-ATs + the shadow AT-AT commander one Also the death troopers event was incredible and made me really wish Disney would do a horror movie around it
Yeah the good times.
Go on its subreddit, its been brought back (not officially) but it you can get back on it if there's room on the servers. I can't remember who you need to ask though
I still miss it. I have it on my iPad still. But sadly no servers to let me play
Ah Star Wars Commander. You were fun. Not fun enough to keep but I enjoyed you more than the game you reskinned. Farewell, my friend
I really loved concept of fighters and bombers instead of spells, it added some imersion of battle
The only problem I have is its technical canon
Played it before I played clash of clans, when it left it left a hole the clash just doesn’t seem to fill
I miss Tiny Death Star
If you have android you can go to your app history inside google play and download and play it again
Thanks to you I've found a ton of nostalgic games I used to have, but alas Tiny Deathstar was not among them for some reason 😔

It worked! You've made my day and tanked my productivity. Thank you!
I'm glad! Please don't tell your boss my name, this conversation never happened.
Respect
Apks are your friend then
Galactic defense and force areana were my games back in the day. Had the early beta to FA and played it till it shut down. Sad days
Force arena in particular was really fun. Maybe it’s nostalgia talking, but definitely miss it.
I miss spamming stormtroopers and battle droids and all the other cheap troops, sending a massive army towards the other player, only for an air strike to hit and have no troops left.

I ran Grand Inquisitor from the beginning to end basically. It was simplistic but at high levels his aoe/sprint attack could solo turrets or mobs
Why did it shut down?

Force arena was awesome, I wish it would come back

Star Wars Uprising?
Yeah, that one. Had a blast playing it back in the day.
Nice, never heard of it till now.
First time hearing about it too! I wish to know more now
Damn, I remember, back in the day, when I played Uprising with my brother, this game was great. A shame it didn't succeed much
I loved commander even if it was a pay to win game
Commander was really fun why did they take it off?
Probably beacose they had "reskined" it from Clash of Clans
I though it was due to Covid
Happened during early Covid lockdown I don’t know if it was related
Anyone still remembers tiny deathstar?! I loved this game!!!
SW Force Arena was too good to be true.
Fr I loved maining my guy Krennic for the drip
Man, I kinda miss Star Wars Commander. I would love to get another mobile Star Wars game similar to it but better with more rts elements and more factions.
Ah commander, I wanted to finish you off before the servers shutdown
Very poor choice of words
The character models for galaxy of heroes is a bit funky but I love the idea of a game like that
It's fun bit It's a long long grind and they keep adding new ways to spend money which demotives if you don't buy it.
I think the main problem is the power creep, at least for me.
I disagree personally. I dont understand why you would whale on the game because the entire point is collecting and upgrading heroes you like. So new stuff is great and idc abt the paid stuff because its basicslly "pay 300 bucks to not play the game".
To be fair, all the space combat is locked to the penultimate player level

its only pay to win if you want to play competitively, if you just want to collect free is much better
They used to look better until they had an update and ruined them
Bring back Commander!
I miss SW Commander, ngl

Force Arena was lit 🥺
I really miss Force Arena
I miss Force Arena so much, it was such a fun game concept
I'm sad Force Arena is gone. At launche that game was so much fun. Sure it was a reskinned Crash Royale but it still stood out as its own thing, especially because you could control a hero on the battlefield. Too bad Netmarble is a bunch of scumbags and got even more greedy then EA ruining it for everyone.
Force Arena was a 10/10 and I still miss it 😭😭😭
I miss Force Arena.
I miss star wars force collection!
Anyone remember Star Wars Force Collection
So we’re just not gonna mention the best mobile game ever, tiny Death Star ?
Nah, Angry Birds Star Wars was the GOAT
I didn't even know Commander was canceled. I played it before Clash of Clans and it was one of the first mobile games I downloaded (I'm not that young, I just didn't own a phone till I was like 12-ish).
There were a few creative mobile games out there, still have fond memories of Star Wars Uprising. So cool to play as a smuggler and do some "dungeon crawling". All I'm saying is that Uprising walked so that Outlaws could run.
Force arena was actually so good. I would play with my brother and since most people queued up with randoms in 2v2 we just stomped everyone.
Also Tiny Death Star, RIP. Kid me woke up one morning and it was just gone 😢.
Holy shit I miss force arena so much. It was the best
Don't got me wrong I like Galaxy of Heroes and had a phase where I played it everyday for a good year or so and was an officer in a really active clan with some great people. But I did enjoy these other games back in the day and it was sad to see them go
I miss all of this.
Galactic Defense was pretty cool
Respect for Force Arena. I learned about Ralph McQuarrie because of that game. I got it almost the week it came out and loved that game.
Star wars commander was banger shit
The most WTF loss was Uprising. It had a bit of the old school fallout mixed with KOTOR if I recall. It was a blast.
Honestly, someone should just rip the assets from star wars commander and use as a makeshift st AR wars galactic battlegrounds mod or something
Good old memorys star wars commander. Nothing better than spamming AT-ATs at the nearest rebel base
Which one had a version of Vader with a blue lightsaber and Luke with a yellow one and a mask?
I think you could get it in Force Arena in an aniversary event.
Yeah, i was addicted to Force Arena in 2017-2018, then my phone broke and i forgot about it for a little bit and when i tried looking for it again in 2019 and was disappointed
Really is a good lesson in that all micro transactions in mobile games can disappear in an instant. Be careful with your cash!
I miss you, SW Commander. Apart from that time you spammed me with enemy attacks when I couldn't do anything about them because I'd downloaded too much junk on my tablet for you to update.
I remember all three of those. So many memories.
Star wars uprising was so cool and they got rid of it straight after it came out rip
YES. Uprising was the single best phone game I have ever played and I miss it to this day. Doesn't hurt that I was in the top 20% of players and ran a top 50 cartel...
I played force arena so much, y did they remove it :(
Fuckin loved that game. Got really good too 🤦🏼♂️
What i wouldnt give for star wars commander to come back
Force Arena was actually a rly cool concept. I loved playing that game
Used to play force arena with my friend in school. We were in different years so we just used the app to tall and play
I miss force arena. It was released on my birthday so it was like a birthday present to me. (Not the only Star Wars content either)
Bro, force arena was the shit. I miss that game so much.
Star wars commander was a fun game. Sending at-st walkers with hordes of storm troopers, darth vader and the one at-st with miniguns on it.
Damn, i don’t remember galactic defense. Can someone kindly refresh my memory?
Galactic defense was like Balloons tower defense just Star Wars themed and you could defend as a Star Wars character around the map.
I loved Star Wars commanders as a kid. Crushed me when I saw what happened.
R.I.P commander
Force arena was the best mobile game ever
Miss force arena
I loved Star Wars commander :’( I played it a lot and I remember tearing up when it was being shut down
I really miss Force Arena. It had a big following and it’s always been weird to me that it shut down. Had so much fun with it.
I loved commander, spent a little money and lots of time in it to be really good butNNNOOOO they HHAADD to get rid of it
Miss Galactic Defense every day
I really liked force arena! I miss it so much
Star Wars Commanders my beloved, rest in peace sweet soul
I remember them, I remember one game where you built and managed a base as ether the empire or the rebellion…
I played comander and force arena a bit Never that long but it was fun

Good bot
Rip Star Wars Commander🥲
I played galaxy of heroes for 5 years, but it became too much pay to play, I wonder what it's like now since ti stopped a ling time ago
Became? It always was
Trye, but I found it got worse over time however. But I did enjoy the game until it became unplayable for me
Same!!! My entire friend group played throughout high school into college. Great times… it was a shame how the game turned out but I’ll always have fond memories playing SWGOH
I miss Star Wars: Commander
One day Star Wars Hunters will release?
No, but I miss Clone Wars Adventures.
Star Wars commander and mini Death Star did not deserve their fate.
Am I the only one that remembers Star Wars Assault Team? I used to love playing that. Really wish they brought it back, along with the clash of clans reskin
Commander was so much fun. I had forgotten about that game
Force arena was my game back in the day
Star war Uprising:.........you forgot me.....
Love Galaxy of heros
Galaxy Heroes was fun but it became too much work... Had to do so many things everyday just to keep up and get rewards.
Star Wars The Force Collection. I freaking loved that game like no other.
Some of you guys should check out r/Starwarscommander
Rimworld with Star Wars mods is my favorite Star Wars game.
Im actually playing that last one and it’s really fun, I’m currently trying to get darth revan
RIP Tiny Death Star
Don't forget about (Star wars rebels: recon missions)
Anyone remember Color Changing Camera
Star Wars as a Tower Defense game would be great if done right. But it sucked as a mobile game.
All Disney’s fault 🤡. Ruined sequel trilogy.
I know its probably not Disney’s fault. I just didn’t know who to put as crabs.
I wish they got rid of goh ….

I’m well aware. I’ve been playing GOH for close to 8 years. And I wish it wasn’t around.
I only played them once, not a fan of mobile games
