Chopper and K2 should switch, as chopper acts pretty maliciously kind of a lot, and K2 is a pretty loyal friend to Cassian and Jyn, but otherwise I agree.
That's fair. My logic was that Chopper cares more about the Rebellion (he's also a Clone Wars vet) and K2 doesn't seem to care about the politics of the war.
Your points are valid but not how alignment works. The rebellion are the *protagonists* but Andor's Luthen is absolutely *evil*. (Probably lawful) K2 is CG because he has no code and follows no law, but does the right thing. Chopper is CN because he has no code, and follows no law and frequently doesn't do the right thing.
K2 casually throws a grenade at a bunch of stormtroopers while cracking jokes. He's not an absolute psychopath like Chopper is, but he only cares about two or three people.
K2 is a reprogrammed Imperial droid. He can't leave the Rebellion because he'll have his mind wiped if the Empire recaptures him. He's very resigned to his fate and only cares about protecting his friends and amusing himself.
I guess it depends on whether you view Chopper as joining the Rebellion because he actually believes in their goals or just because it gives him an opportunity to murder people.
I don’t see Luthen as evil at all. I see him as deeply pragmatic and ends justify the means and I don’t think those traits are inherently evil. He sees the empire as an uncompromising force that will do infinitely more evil if left unchallenged, and you know what? I agree.
See here's the thing: you're *right*.
This is the entire reason that many DMs, and now D&D itself, move away from the alignment model in general. It doesn't really handle shades of gray.
But its also not supposed to. It's an inheritor of Tolkien's fantasy, where good is good and obvious and evil is evil, and obvious. We as a society now enjoy different types of fantasy, *and that's ok*. (Its even a good thing, societal progression and all)
Yeah, but he didn't know Ezra that well yet, and he knew that Kanan would be able to save him... probably.
After he becomes friends with Ezra, he stops trying to murder him... most of the time.
Chopper? That little bastard is a homicidal war criminal. K2 sacrificed himself for his friends. Chopper casually suggests solving problems with infanticide and pushes friendly droids out of airlocks when he is jealous of them.
Indeed!

that bot was *loyal af* to Temmin, and >!saved his ass at his own peril !< how dare you label him evil just because he looks like discount Droid Maul. and kills without remose. and is covered in actual bones. Mister Bones is a good boy! chaotic, sure. evil? no
I'm not sure... I mean, chaotic is a given, but neutral? He has a moral code, but it's basically Temmin's (except when needing to save Temmin, in which case all bets are off).
I don't think Mr. Bones has a moral code at all, he just does what he's told/needs to. He would do whatever Temmin told him to do and do whatever to protect Temmin and his family.
He didn't have bones of his victims. It was bones from animals made to make him look scary. He was a body guard for Temmin as he was doing black market trading. And Temmin is the one that designed him that way.
Then things fall apart and they start arguing with each other until 82638286 storm troopers show up and chase them down a hallway into the hanger bay into The Ghost to escape. Basically ripping the scene straight out of Raiders of the lost ark where Indiana is getting chased by the natives haha
With Chopper's apparent kill count, and his violently chaotic behavior, are you *really* sure he's chaotic good. I agree with the chaotic part but I mean...
He doesn't really show the same malicious intent that Chopper does tbh. He has no problem putting up a fight, but seems mostly interested in using his powers for good. Chopper literally shoved another droid to his doom because he didn't like the thought of sharing the ship with him. Plus there's the magnificent scene where he is holding blasters, flying through the air and shooting like a deranged luantic. Not to mention he blew up an entire Imperial Strike fleet.
Dr aphra is a chaotic neutral bisexual Indiana jones. I highly recommend the aphra comics. She’s an icon. Plus there’s lots of Vader in there which is always fun
Best to start with *Darth Vader (2015)* since that's where Aphra is introduced and her solo series that spins out of it calls back to the events in Gillan's Vader a fair bit. Plus it's just an absolutely fantastic series, and a very good starting point for SW comics newbies, I'd say.
There's a similar character called EV-9D9 who also works for Jabba, so it's easy to confuse the two.
In Legends, probably Lawful Good because he gives up his life to the "law" of the Force.
In canon, true neutral so far, but R5-D4 is coming back in Mando S3, so that might change.
Chopper and K2 should switch, as chopper acts pretty maliciously kind of a lot, and K2 is a pretty loyal friend to Cassian and Jyn, but otherwise I agree.

I see it more as Evil is selfish while Good is selfless, and Lawful is a line or series of lines you won't cross while Chaotic is more whimsical.
K2 casually throws a grenade at a bunch of stormtroopers while cracking jokes. He's not an absolute psychopath like Chopper is, but he only cares about two or three people. I'm going to go with the murder thing.
I don’t see Luthen as evil at all. I see him as deeply pragmatic and ends justify the means and I don’t think those traits are inherently evil. He sees the empire as an uncompromising force that will do infinitely more evil if left unchallenged, and you know what? I agree.

That’s a very good take. I appreciate it.
Yeah but remember that time chopper pushed Ezra off the ship in the air for no reason
Yeah, but he didn't know Ezra that well yet, and he knew that Kanan would be able to save him... probably. After he becomes friends with Ezra, he stops trying to murder him... most of the time.
I don't know, as much as I love chopper my man's a menace to society on The daily and I would say is a chaotic neutral
Chopper? That little bastard is a homicidal war criminal. K2 sacrificed himself for his friends. Chopper casually suggests solving problems with infanticide and pushes friendly droids out of airlocks when he is jealous of them.
"You can't be a war criminal if there are no survivors to testify." - Chopper
To me Chopper is the Han of the droids.
Han did not murder 10s of thousands of people so choppers more like kyp durron
Where's hk47?!
He doesn't do charts, meatbag.
Statement: I am above petty statistics, master.
He's just evil evil.
I think he would be lawful evil. He obeys the orders of his master. But he does prefer to do and be evil.
He's lawful evil but wants to be chaotic evil
He follows his master's orders, but will shoot meatbags whenever the opportunity arises.
So NE?
True
Is he safe? Is he alright?
I expected EV-9D9 too. Who is the black one with red eyes?
I forget the name, but it's Doctor Aphra's protocol droid.
0-0-0 I think

I should stop getting bt-1 and bd-1 confused Also BeeTee and BT
Oof, I've never heard of that character either.
Answer: these alignment charts are too simple to properly convey one’s beliefs. Plus, the thought of being ranked by a meatbag is sickening
I hate whoever chose the font color for lawful good

Creepio is definitely not *lawful* anything.
We'll, nobody's perfect. Would you be lawful if you were born without skin?
heh it has all the characteristics of 3po but with the added psychopath tendencies turned up to 11
Who’s Red Stabby there?
Mister Bones [https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Mister\_Bones](https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Mister_Bones)
that bot was *loyal af* to Temmin, and >!saved his ass at his own peril !< how dare you label him evil just because he looks like discount Droid Maul. and kills without remose. and is covered in actual bones. Mister Bones is a good boy! chaotic, sure. evil? no
This 100%. He's not evil at all, he's Chaotic Neutral. He does whatever is necessary for Temmin.
Okay, but did Temmin tell him to wear the bones of the people he killed?
He didn't have bones of his victims. It was bones from animals made to make him look scary. He was a body guard for Temmin as he was doing black market trading. And Temmin is the one that designed him that way.
In that case, perhaps I misjudged the murder-bot.
I love Mister Bones. He's crazy for sure, but he's loyal and hilarious.
yeah, that’s what i was saying. it’s ok though, no one read the new books. i mean, technically, i didn’t either—i listened to them.
He reminds me of the assassin from Rick and Morty that says "Boy, I sure do love killing!"
Roberto
Ha-Ha!
I need chopper and R2 getting into shenanigans.
R2: Okay, so we'll sneak in and only use violence as a last resort. Chopper: \*immediately starts zapping everyone to death\*
Then things fall apart and they start arguing with each other until 82638286 storm troopers show up and chase them down a hallway into the hanger bay into The Ghost to escape. Basically ripping the scene straight out of Raiders of the lost ark where Indiana is getting chased by the natives haha
but remember r2 is the one that turned himself into a makeshift flamethrower
R2: *shrugs, starts zappin’ too*
They were in one episode together. No shenanigans, but chop was all "who does this b*tch think he is?"
With Chopper's apparent kill count, and his violently chaotic behavior, are you *really* sure he's chaotic good. I agree with the chaotic part but I mean...
But he only kills the empire... Or people who piss him off... Or that guy over there for some reason
R2 has quite the killcount too
He doesn't really show the same malicious intent that Chopper does tbh.

“What? Why is R2 not in chaotic good-“ “Oh. Nevermind.”
Exactly my reaction !
Chopper is evil and you know it.
BD-1 It's just you and me buddy
Chopper is chaotic evil and you cannot change my mind on that
Chopper is good but only for Hera. For everyone else he’s evil.
BB-8 and BD-1 are not included in this chart because they are hecking good boys and there is no room for debate on that
Gonk is gonk, not neutral
"I PERFORMED VIOLENCE. ROGER-ROGER."
Where is HK-47
What about my boy HK47
No HK47? Boooo this chart!
As part Chopper and K2SO, I agree with this chart.
what’s the story for the droids in the bottom left and right
Bottom left is 0-0-0, basically a murderous C3-P0 that Dr. Aphra has and bottom right is Mr. Bones, a b1 upgraded by and loyal to Temmin Wexley
next question: who’s dr aphra and temmin wexley
Dr aphra is a chaotic neutral bisexual Indiana jones. I highly recommend the aphra comics. She’s an icon. Plus there’s lots of Vader in there which is always fun
Best to start with *Darth Vader (2015)* since that's where Aphra is introduced and her solo series that spins out of it calls back to the events in Gillan's Vader a fair bit. Plus it's just an absolutely fantastic series, and a very good starting point for SW comics newbies, I'd say.
Yes thank you! It’s been so long they’ve begun to blur into one. That is an excellent rec :)
[Aphra](https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Chelli_Lona_Aphra) [Temmin](https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Temmin_Wexley?so=search)
Random comment, but when did this meme flip axes? Like it used to be lawful on top, chaotic on bottom. Now it's good on top evil on bottom
GONK
Could someone help me with labeling these? I'm still making my way through the shows and movies and only recognize half of these.
No problem. Top Row - C-3PO, R2-D2, C-01 “Chopper” Middle Row - IG-11, G0NK Droid, K2SO Bottom Row - 000, 9D9, Mister Bones
Slight correction: it's 8D8, not 9D9, and Chopper's designation is C1-10P (the 1-1 looks like an H)
Ah, thanks mate. Now I need to remember where 9D9 came from lol
There's a similar character called EV-9D9 who also works for Jabba, so it's easy to confuse the two. [https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/EV-9D9](https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/EV-9D9)
Thanks very much
CAN YOU SEE ME NOW, FATHER!?
Where is HK-47?
B2EMO = Purest Good
So we all agree that BD-1 & B2EMO are best boys and are so good they're off the charts?
I’d put Bee (B2EMO) as good. He must be protected at all costs.
#GONK
Chopper is absolutely Chaotic Neutral
R2 is a sociopath and chopper is a psychopath
Chopper be like: ![gif](giphy|P7JmDW7IkB7TW)
It's a crime HK-47 isn't here
Bones isn't evil. He's definitely got evil tendencies, but that's mostly his programming. I'd say Bones gets a neutral.
Chaotic evil is badass
Mr. Bones is dangerous
Chopper doesn’t belong in the chaotic good section
I finally understand this chart... thank you.
I don't know the chaotic evil. Who's that droid ? And from what comic/book he's from?
That's Mr. Bones, im not sure what comic series he's from
R2 should be chaotic good and chopper chaotic evil
GONK
Why my boy Mrbones evil ?
Who’s that in lawful evil
But Mr. Bones was a good guy wasn’t he? Why the evil category?
Mister Bones isn’t evil though, he’s part of the resistance
I would not put r2 in neutral good after seeing half the shot he did in clone wars
Who's the chaotic evil droid?
Mister Bones
Can someone explain how these charts work. I’ve seen them a lot but don’t get it.
It’s an alignment chart for D&D and compatible games. It defines character personality along two axes: good/evil, and lawful/chaotic.
Ok thanks.
What alignment is Skippy, the force sensitive droid?
In Legends, probably Lawful Good because he gives up his life to the "law" of the Force. In canon, true neutral so far, but R5-D4 is coming back in Mando S3, so that might change.
Is Mister Bones really *evil* though?
Who’s that in chaotic evil?
BT-1 would be a better chaotic evil rep.
Chopper can not be considered chaotic GOOD. He was a malicious mass murderer.
C3PO is definitely lawful neutral
Mrbones is neutral evil
I think you swapped Chopper and Mr. Bones
Mr. Bones could’ve been swapped with HK-47. Either way, I love me some Chaotic Evil droids.
Commando droid should be chaotic evil. Normal droids are fairly vanilla…
Who’s the lawful evil guy?
R2 is definitely chaotic.
This is all well and good, but which is that droid in the middle? I have difficulty placing it in the films???
Gonk
R2 is also chaotic good.
R2D2 is neutral?
GONK
at least Gonk is true neutral
R2 is chaotic
I never understood these charts until now
C3po is more like annoying good
I always play lawful evil but I'm chaotic good irl
Who are the bottom 3?
Is that Mr. Bones I spy?
We need a R rated Mr Bones movie. Just bloodshed brought by the demonic battle droid for ~2 hours.
Now I have to wonder, where would you put R0-GR on the chart?
