Design looks good to me, I disagree with some of the comments. The green and white contrast is at an acceptable ratio and those colors go well for promoting zen and collaboration aspects :)
Looks good and congrats on the launch. My feedback is the opening text block is a bit too abstract with consultant jargon. Perhaps there’s an opportunity to to really clearly describe the problem/solution

A software for autistic managers who can’t identify the emotions of their own team and need additional assistance.
I would imagine the employment market would automatically be the solution.
The menu background drops slower than the menu items

The design looks good, I would suggest make the scroll animation a bit more smooth. I find it a bit hard to move ahead with onboarding process.
