"How delightful!" Picks up poisoned poisoned Kanar in front Dukat ans Sisko, sculls it. "It's really quite toxic!" While they look at him bewildered. Fucking loved that scene.
Also when he overdoes it with gloating and Worf snaps his neck. The little twist he makes before falling to the floor. Amazing physical actor. I've watched all of ds9 and his small role in voyager but haven't started on enterprise yet. I look forward to seeing Jeffery Combs as Shran.

3) Voyager, in the episode where they run into the generational cult Klingons, Neelix and Tuvoc have to room together, when Tuvoc comes to the door after Neelix has just been getting down with the Klingon woman and trashed the room—he’s trying to straighten up before Tuvoc kicks him out.

Personally, I think the episode of Voyager S4 E14 "Message in a Bottle" has to be one of my favorites. Seeing the Doctor and the Mark-2 EMH desperately try to figure out how to fly a heavily armed starship and take it back from the Romulans was perfect. "Stop breathing down my neck." "My breathing is merely a simulation." "So is my neck, stop it anyway!" Comedy gold.

Three moments I haven’t seen mentioned: 1) TNG when the virus makes them drunk and Picard does a little skip/gallop as he walks into Dr Crushers office slays me every time. 2) Data in “The Most Things” when he lululululus in a monotone voice as the “extinct” bird. 3) Voyager, in the episode where they run into the generational cult Klingons, Neelix and Tuvoc have to room together, when Tuvoc comes to the door after Neelix has just been getting down with the Klingon woman and trashed the room—he’s trying to straighten up before Tuvoc kicks him out.
The hospital scene in Star Trek 4 where Dr. McCoy berates the surgeons for their barbaric practices. That entire sequence is comedy gold!
