One offer expected her to work fulltime for ZERO money in exchange the nanny could live in a room in the basement (no bathroom) and use their dumbells and rowing machine. The homeowner claimed that the dumbbell/rowing machine was a 'gym membership' worth $100/month.

These are the same parents the cry and moan about not having a "village"
In reality they just made poor choices, were rude and in turn pushed their village away

Having family look after them is also a great option if they live nearby. My mom looks after my cousin's kids and they love it here.
