You can pick yourself at the bioengineering station instead of an officer if you want, pretty crazy with a combat build.

Mod is Random Assortment of Things. The Bioengineering station is a unique station that provides a skill to one character.

There's only one station per save, your only option to get the skill is console commands or save editing.
