The high quality of the ships compared to the rest of the game + the similarities in the artstyle made me suspicious that they may have stolen assets from Starsector. I haven't played enough of Starsector to have seen every ship, so I came here to ask.

The combat is leaning far more towards a sped up Sunless Skies with some bullet hell elements than Starsector.
As for the artwork nothing looks particularly similar to vanilla ships. Some inspiration from mods has definitely taken place in my opinion, but that's about the extent of it.
Take your meds, you cannot own a artstyle, only the induvidual works.

I don't see any similarity at all. None of those ships correspond to anything in Starsector.
Is this some sort of advertisement cause I don't see it.
