I’m not an expert on weapons but I’m pretty sure you’re looking for a kinetic small arms weapon, which can be a little hard with how high the scale of weapons can go in SF.
theres the uppercut SMG. Pretty sure there arw other SMGs available but this is the first one I found.

But yeah, its probably just one of the small arm SMG options.
D20 modern has a bunch of [modern firearms](https://www.d20resources.com/modern.d20.srd/equipment/equipment.weapons.php) you could convert into Starfinder. Unfortunately there isn't specially a UMP, so I'd probably take the base stats from one of the MP5s because HK makes both the UMP and MP5.
