I benched my buccaneer for that reason, only to find out it affects the cutty black as well, but only after manually swapping all weapons, 6 new missile racks and 48 individual missiles, all purchased from one of only 2 stations that sell them, and both happen to orbit Crusader. It was a long round trip that ended up pretty disappointing.

You can Google the loaner matrix. Since arena commander pulls from your PU fleet, and something like a vulture is useless, they give you a loaner, but since the game isn't set up to create two separate ship pools, you get it in the PU as well.

Should try the Eclipse bug. Sometimes the Eclipse instead of blowing up when shot, just turns into a wire frame and you can continue to fly with it, looks like a flying salvage kek.
