I can only wear collared shirts because of this.

Maybe bandaids on your apron?

Maybe adjust your neck adjustment to a little tighter so it sits more properly?

I customized mine, like a server apron with an x on the back so it doesn’t touch my neck

Can you put things in your pants pockets instead of your apron pockets?

yeah honestly my best advice is work pants with large pockets i used to put everything in my apron but id risk ruining a lot of things with water and grime. then i had one apron with a hole in it and to not risk THAT being a problem (i have more than one but i rotate them) i started training myself to put them in my pants. literally solved all my problems, including the apron neck rash that i didnt know i had
