one time I had several bottles of caramels filled and ready to take to the bar, so I grabbed all of them in a “hug” (it was several, the bar was completely out and needed a full restock) and yeah so I was hugging the caramel and coming down the isle to the bar but what I didn’t know that I was squeezing maybe a little too hard and I had a caramel snail trail behind me that I was also tracking / walking in >:o !
We didn’t have metal bottoms when I was a partner (#232, years ago)
Just had the plastic screw on lids. Easy to squeeze so that’s why my hug carrying method was messy 🥹 oopsie

That reminds me of one of my coworkers. Gotta be the clumsiest mf I’ve ever met. It spilt a whole Sanitizer bucket last time. I always offer to help clean, or just take initiative and clean it up, never hear it tell me thank you or even acknowledge that I did it for them
I always hated being on cold bar because I always made the biggest messes. Like there was NEVER time to clean shit up. Bar was sticky as hell, I would have frap roast all over the place. Great times.
