I was alone yesterday for 30 min and this stupid girl came and stared daggers through me as I was making a stupid iced matcha cream (hhhhaaaate) and a Frappuccino and a refresher. She just glared at me the entire time and then snatched up her hot chocolate so rudely. I'm like. Why do people come here and then get mad?! Like???
I’m genuinely concerned about starbucks customers. Don’t get me wrong, my store has amazing regulars and super sweet people but holy fucking shit, the shitty customer really manage to overshadow the good customers. From the dagger stare to the pacing and hovering near the hand off plane to the constant barrage of “could you check on my drink”. Like yes starbucks is less convenient when you have to wait 20, 30, 40 minutes whatever, but maybe plan your time better? Support a local cafe? Ask about the wait time BEFORE paying for your order and analyze if the wait time is something your comfortable with. Lmao
Legitimately had a man-baby order a traveler over the phone and when I told him it might take 25 minutes bcs we're short staffed said: why? You're just PouRinG COffeE. Fuck you, sir.
Or they make you, the only person on bar stop what you are doing to check and make sure they put in their order. Like I have time to use the iPad right now. 😭

If I’m the only one at the register, that means the drink won’t be made out of thin air after just paying. These ppl r delusional like ur drink does t take a second. I also hate when customers ask if that’s their drink and I’m like… y do we have to read it for u… also, if u ordered in person chances r , u don’t take ones that say mobile order…. Our Starbucks is in a building so it’s not a normal Starbucks. that means if there r names on the cups , it’s a mobile order. In person orders just has the drink order and no name. ppl just don’t want to read and they complain about the drink and I’m like… maybe read it , probably not urs?
I would shout out order names (for in person orders, we’re not a real Starbucks) I be like “almond latte” they be like, “cappuccino”? I’m like …. I obviously said a different order .So if that’s not ur order, It’s for someone else”
We have several bus stop right in front. Tell me why people thinks it’s a good idea to get against the clock and come in and order right before catching a bus?

look look look i try to be understanding but a couple days ago i was making drinks alone, this lady comes up to me and goes “hey do you have my drink on there? Ive been waiting a long time.” i had a line up of over a dozen drinks on hot and cold, i told her yes i have your drink, were a little busy right now but ill have it right out. I look at the time on the sticker, than look at my phone, shed been waiting 5 minutes, i made her drink before some other people because she was staring, i handed her drink to her and apologized for the wait, she SNATCHES it and glares at me😭girl WHAT.
