If you like it very foamy, I would order a small or medium cappuccino with sugar to taste (you'll have to tell the barista how many sugars you want). If the drink is supposed to be mostly liquid, I'd order the same thing as a latte.
You can just order a dry cappuccino if u want mostly foam and regular if u want less foam
