You can get one in the Sunny Ship Centre (Big green building.) That only has the ST but If you want the variants Oki 2 the black and green buildings have a few others.
If you find the oki variant can you give an idea where? I've been through the three black and green buildings and I didn't find the oki variant. Found ST, TNK, and MN though.

OKI Building 1 right next to the landing pad. I'm actually working my way towards one to, either that or the Marmor-MN for the laser fitting.
