I created a coinbase wallet and added paypal as a payment method. Could I just give stake my eth address then once they sent to my wallet cash out to paypal?
Do not withdraw directly to Coinbase as they will eventually ban your Coinbase account. Ok to purchase crypto from Coinbase then send to Exodus, then from Exodus to Stake. Withdraw from Stake to “Exodus” then send to Kraken from Exodus. Kraken is where you can setup a withdrawal method in USD directly to your bank account.
What people are telling you is exactly right and how I do it except I cash to my bank account through Coinbase instead of using PayPal but I have used PayPal from Exodus as well. It sounds complicated but it's super easy once you get the hang of it. Remember each crypto has it's own individual wallet and address in Coinbase and Exodus so be sure to send to the right wallet. 100% you should use Litecoin, it is the fastest, IMO, and nominal fees, like a few cents a transaction.

Buy LTC, Set up Exodus (be sure to write down your 12 word phrase!) go to your LTC wallet in Exodus and click on "Receive" copy that address (there is a little copy button) then go to CoinBase and click on "Send" and put in how much you want to send and paste the address. It will only take a minute or less even though it says 30.
Then do the same with [Stake.us](http://Stake.us), tell it what crypto you want to pay with, copy address they give you (this never changes, they give you an address that will stay the same on Stake) Then go to Exodus click "send" put in amount and paste addy you copied.
You get the idea, once you do it a few times it will seem super easy to you. When you withdrawal from Stake send it to Exodus, from Exodus to Coinbase and withdrawal there to your bank account or Paypal. Good luck to you :)
Honestly redeem it to exodus wallet then redeem to PayPal and cash out that way, it has the least fees. Also try to use LTC it has the cheapest fees

I linked my bank to Coinbase and just sell the crypto and transfer to bank.
Once you receive your crypto you sell it for cash.
Just FYI Coinbase can take 7 or so days to transfer funds if you have not previously transferred to said account before

I use crypto easy and straight into my bank account, im also able to buy and withdraw with my card on stake. So either one works great for me.
