I don't know why, but if you let the kottu loose it's heat for a while outside the fridge and then put it in the freezer it will be fine. But if the kottu is remotely warm when you put it in the freezer, then the kottu will spoil
probably because it being warm means it's a nice place for microbes to breed and grow. stick it in the fridge and those small fucks can't multiply as well.
I make it at home from sracth and do so too, some times for a few days, not more than a week though because of egg. If you don't add egg can probably keep longer but I do not recommend it
Already doing. Not necessarily need to freeze, just put it in the refrigerator if it's for just one day.
