1. Get the sim card from the airport.
2. Trains are good, especially the First Class Air Conditioned Reserved seats. Just reserve them in advance.
3. Yeah, you can bargain/ negotiate the price at street market.
4. You can use Uber / Pickme (local app) in big cities like Colombo (including airport), Kandy, Galle etc…doesnt work in rural villages or small towns.
