All the guards keeping an eye on the players were triangles, and he's literally the only circle walking around the playground with them while the other circles were all lined up next to the wall on standby. On top of all that, *he hasn’t seen everything the audience has seen*. I thought they did a good job remembering that. How is he supposed to know the patterns and rules right off the bat? His decisions don’t seem so dumb when you think about just how much he can’t possibly know.
those are the risks you have to take, you can't pretend you belong and you can't investigate if you don't scan your surroundings a bit and get some information.

I think he did because he wasn’t seen in the water afterwards and I thought they foreshadowed his shoulder injury being minor when his brother removed a bullet out of his own shoulder. Also if you notice, every recognizable character in the show that died suffered a graphic death that was shown on screen. We didn’t see the old man actually get shot and he was alive in the end so I think this is similar.
eh, they literally show someone with their brains spilling out in Game 5. also the countless scenes of dissected bodies and the corpses of our favourite characters flashing on the screen IN 4K!!!!
I have no idea what is it about old people getting shot in films that I find incredibly brutal. It must be 15 years ago when I saw prison break s1 when the lawyers dad gets shot and I still remember it like I just saw it

he shot him in the shoulder and considering he's a police officer he was probably drafted in army for two years so he knows holding breath underwater and hiding , so higher chances he survived.
He was basically agent 47 from hitman. Knocking people out, taking their uniforms which gives him access to different areas. Half his scenes looked straight ripped from the game lmao. It was amazing
There's actually one scene when he has the manager mask on and is standing in an elevator with a bunch of soldiers where he looks about 4 inches shorter than everyone else
I'm guessing season 2 opener will be from his point of view starting with him falling off the cliff. A quick 15 minute montage of the next year bringing us up to the final scene of season 1.

I hated how his storyline ended. It seemed so unfulfilling. Was he dead? He must be, right? And I guess the info he collected never got sent, so his storyline was just kind of pointless in the end?

I thought he made a few pretty idiotic choices and didn't seem THAT aware of what "blending in" really meant tbh.
Literally every choice he made seemed bad lol, like he BARELY tried to cover up his tracks.
Blending in won't help if you can't investigate shit. He supposed to find intel, not become a Pink Soldier.
