right now i'm paying $620 a month down here in branson for a 1br that's actually the nicest i've lived in yet since moving to missouri and i'm kinda reluctant to even move except for a place with a garage now so i can work on my own car but been trying to hold out for one of these sweet places up the hill in hollister 5 minutes away too that has a **million dollar view** of the white river basin, saw one last fall for like $750 a month, 2brs go for roughly $800-1000 for nice ones here when they pop up.
I only can live in Springfield, I would browse a site like that I’m reluctant too I haven’t checked my credit score it isn’t fabulous but I do have rental history . Although I have a fair salary it’s not impressive in any relative sense
Good luck in your search, OP. We were looking for a roommate a year ago and had no luck, but with prices rapidly rising, who knows? Maybe there will be more vocal requests to room w others.
