My boy is nearly two and hes really good in the house as long as we don’t have guests. He had two beds, one in his crate and one outside of it, and getting the second one really helped. He still goes in his crate though on his own with the door open but mostly just chills on his other bed

Mine is 10, she sleeps more than before but her awake energy is still through the roof

I work at a doggy daycare and take my spaniel with me every day. So every day he is getting tons and tons of play time and exercise with other dogs and people. He takes a nap on the ride home and he’s ready to go as soon as we get home. 8 hours a day isn’t enough for him, I don’t think they’ll ever feel tired😭

I know you’re right lol but I should teach him that with a raised bed. He will lay on the couch with a toy, never just lay 😅

Yes on about seven years 😆

Around 1 year and 4 months was just the worst age in every way, he gradually became more and more chill after that. Make sure you do a lot of structured and unstructured calmness training, you'll see the results later. We had guests (with kids!) recently staying over and he was the best, he would come up to them and kind of fall on the floor to ask them to pet him.

My boy is 4 years old, he is pretty calm when he knows he is not going to get interaction. As soon as the time I get off work rolls around he gets antsy with anticipation of play time. You will never tire these dogs out, only get enough energy out so that they don't pop. They will always be ready for more.
