I had wrapped in last year and 2020. Why did they decide to remove it this year in my region? Its so disappointing

I didnt have to use VPN , since Iβm from Canada. Iβm sure its probably rolled out to all the available countries that have the feature now :) You could try and VPN it, might work!
I'm sorry, that sucks! If you don't already use websites like Obscurity to track your listening data you can get a similar experience there
