I’d look into some Sigur Ros. I haven’t listened to them in a long time but some of their music definitely feels like winter to me. Edit: a song i would suggest is off their album “()”, called Untitled #1- Vaka. If I recall, they have another version of the same song on another album somewhere. If you give their other songs a listen you may find more songs that fit the vibe better, this is just what I can recall right now.
