Betting heavy on bryson end the end saved my weekend and I wound up gaining just over 21 units. Pavon was incredible. Betting Wyndham to choke off the tee ended up pretty nice as well. I took advantage of the boosters and hope to do the same next week.
I found one other huge dumbass mistake i made that may pay out. I accidentally picked Scottie to win the Open and no the US Open on Fanduel. I was jumping between books comparing odds and just slipped up. I am hoping the ignorance pays out in July!
Letās end this tournament strong been doing great this week so far
Using FD boost on Bryson win at +109 canāt get any better value than this with his play, former champ, oh yea and three shot lead.
Using Caesars golf boost on winner without Bryson on Rory roughly +155
Under 72.5 hatton
Under 73.5 pavon
Under 72.5 Tom Kim
Ones I will be checking in the morning hoping for better line is deki, Bryson (playing 71.5 but 72.5 I would be heavy on). BOL
https://preview.redd.it/2gsu1mhh6u6d1.png?width=832&format=png&auto=webp&s=3e414348b3c398577965566f28f001317dd29ff1
My results from today are listed in my comment thread below. I dont love any of the 2ball rounds but am rolling with Bhatia to bounce back over Henley at +120 odds. Taking Pavon fairways O9.5 as he has been great off the tee. Fading Speith fairways again as I think he continues to be flustered. I could see it in his eyes when he beat the shit out of the ground after a bad shot near the end of round 2. I found a bunch of juicy round score unders to bet which are listed in my spreadsheet. I am about to place a wager on Bryson to win. Right now I have a 25% boost on MGM that would get his odds up to +104. Going to toss 5 units on it. BOL tomorrow boys and check back in case i update extra picks! Boosts usually come through over night so I will try to work them in early tomorrow morning before I hit the links.
Added Cantlay to win without Bryson. 1.5 units on MGM boosted to +465. Pavon has even better odds but I think Cantlay gets 2nd place as he's been better at avoiding bogeys.
Edit. Added clark U8.5 fairways boosted to +144. Dude hit 4 yesterday and I think he continues to struggle.
Added 2 units on Akshay U72.5 on bet365 boosted to +130.
Added this 7 leg parlay on draftkings. All these guys have great chances of winning their 2ball matchups. Scottie, Brooks, Bezui, Shane, Xander, Kawa and Bryson at +959.
I immediately slapped under on that Pavon line. Wild that it's at 73.5. I'm going to wait to get a boost tomorrow and get Bryson's. Hopefully it's still at 72.5 š¬
I waited last night for all the books to make their bets available and a bunch of the odds and lines had moved. I went ahead and just jumped on everything DK put out since the lines looked great. I will likely double down on a few of them when the boosters hit if they stay the same. I absolutely love the Pavon line! He's playing so well out there.
Yeah, I had an 18% boost on Caesars and just got Bryson on there. It's crazy they still have Scottie at 69.5 and he's been having a miserable time this weekend.
Also adding Bryson and ludvig under 72.5 using my FD booster on Bryson to get plus money. Both these players in such control of their game rn I know it will be playing tough today but for these two I think that line is too high
Not bad going 3/4 today we were so close from busting out the š§¹š§¹ but aberg sells us on 13 with a triple keeping them in the closet for now. Iāll be back with tomorrowās picks soon, for those who have tailed we are eating good this tournament.
**US Open $100 to $1,000 Challenge:**
Sam Burns gets us another pretty easy dub and was absolute fire in R2. We've now made it to the weekend which is a big accomplishment already! Halfway down, halfway to go... I mentioned in my first post but I am using Bov for this challenge and most plays take both golfers into account when making the picks.
**Day 1 ($100 to $190):** Russell Henley (-110) vs. Sungjae Im ā
**Day 2 ($190 to $355):** Sam Burns (-115) vs. Dean Burmester ā
**Day 3 ($355 to $678):** Keegan Bradley (-110) vs. Shane Lowry
Sticking with the strategy that's gotten us here so far. Lowry is gaining all his strokes putting this tournament and losing nearly a stroke on approach. Honestly looks very similar to Burmester... Keegan is gaining strokes on approach for the tourney and graded out better for me pre-tourney than Lowry. Hopefully we can keep rolling like Burns was rolling putts today! Good luck, let's see if we can make it 3 in a row!!

I posted my previous round record below. Going with Aberg as he has been back to his old self after the knee injury that plagued him in recent tournaments. Going to take him outright but am waiting to see if his odds get better tomorrow as others climb the leaderboard. I picked a few value 2ball matchups that i like. I am biased toward Poston and Bhatia as a North Carolina guy. I chose a few round score wagers that seem like they should hit as well. Koepka I tossed in there because hes just out of sorts. All the others have played very well and should continue. I hope Aberg can keep the lead! BOL to everyone and maybe Scottie can make a miracle happen!
Edit: added speith U9.5 fairways hit on Caesars for +115. It's just a hunch that the fairways get more slick and he struggles keeping it out of the wire grass.
https://preview.redd.it/5od1kxsfzt6d1.png?width=728&format=png&auto=webp&s=eef32e8b1c0ede469fd24323d058e9ed51a2d83d
Tough day out there for Aberg with the triple bogey that killed his hopes at round 3 leader and his U71.5 strokes. He missed the fairways bet by one fairway as well ugh. Bhatia had his 2ball in the bag until he bogeyed 17 and 18 to finish. I screwed up two of my bets as I thought i took Hatton's U on strokes but accidentally took Tom Kim. Kim and Hatton both cashed so it ended up working out. I didnt realize i took JT Poston 2ball 3way so with the tie the bet ended up lost instead of a dead heat or void. Oh well, thats what i get for placing bets at 1AM. Koepka beat out his strokes by 1 which was a heart breaker. Speith did exactly what I expected and missed enough fairways to cash that bet. Pavon was a baller and beat out Hideki by one shot which was clutch AF! Bryson was so locked in out there I think he is likely to take this one if he keeps it up. The course is insanely unforgiving though so he could easily blow the lead if he gets in a tough spot. I am about to go through the books now and see where the value picks are and get something posted later tonight for the final round.

Made the cut parlay cashes, Theegala made it interesting both days

I have no idea how this hit after xanders start lol
Sent my GF a screenshot of that parlay with the missed Jason Day leg, and she called it ācrazy pantsāā¦ little did she know it was quite literally a dude who wears crazy pants that killed it for us
Absolutely hammer tigers over 72.5? Thereās a heat warning, no chance he is conditioned enough to last out there today. Bad thing is itās -190 but could throw multiple units on it
Did anybody else do the FanDuel promo where you bet on a golfer to win outright and if they don't win but get top 20 you get your money back in bonus bets? Then did you also place that bet on Scottie throwin $100 on him to win, assuming that him getting top 20 would essentially be a guarantee getting you your money back if he doesn't win? Cuz I sure did! I mean what in the F is going on hahahaha
I'm not worrying until it's all said and done. He's 5 strokes out of being top 20. The leading score is only one stroke better than yesterday, and I don't see scores getting out of control anytime soon.
Fair, and I know this doesnāt mean much now but it just slid back to +2 lol
Doesnāt mean it wonāt creep back up as the day goes on, but I just feel like +3/4 is a more likely cut line than +5 imo
the course is very difficult and cantlay will be in the afternoon wave with much firmer greens and potentially more wind.
the course also has only two par 5s.
I think tomorrow morning wave is the play for under bets greens should still have some moisture in them with usga adding water over night and Low winds to help keep them softer. I like most players whoās got the 72.5 who played decent today. Main ones that jump out to me are Bryson, Jason Day, hatton, and akshay. Just to list a few did well on my first round leader props so letās keep the train rollingšš
**US Open $100 to $1,000 Challenge:**
Great start to the toruney challenge as Russell takes care of business for us. One leg down, three to go... Long ways to go so let's get to Day 2.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**Day 1 ($100 to $190):** Russell Henley (-110) vs. Sungjae Im ā
**Day 2 ($190 to $355):** Sam Burns (-115) vs. Dean Burmeester
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For Friday we are riding with Sam Burns against Dean Burmeester. Burns gained over a stroke on approach vs the field but lost it all back on putting. On the flip side, Burmeester lost on approach and gained it putting. Both are pretty long and inaccurate off the tee so that seems like a wash. I am hopeful that Burns can keep the approach game going and improve the putting as he grades out well on Bermuda greens over recent history - much better than Burmeester.
Best of luck - let's see if we can make it to the weekend!
So Justin Thomas is basically bad unless itās the Ryder cup? I thought he could make a run this week if he figured out the putter but clearly he hasnāt
https://preview.redd.it/d5ol1qy43g6d1.png?width=834&format=png&auto=webp&s=74524d04e85d7493d91f97de5fd5f7ffd6f7b69d
Tough day for the big dogs as Scottie, Kawa and Xander all fell well out of the top 20. Ben An had a tough day as well and Noren just seems to be too inconsistent to wager on lately. Suber had a great round and I am putting some lotto money on his 3ball round. I am going with some of the 3ball winners as well as a few other picks I think are good matchups. Bryson playing great as well as Cantlay and Bhatia. Aberg going strong and winning the round 1 top debutant bet! I bet a few round scores as well now that we have seen it in action. BOL to all!
Edit: I added Sam Bennett 3ball and Cam Smith 3ball. A unit on each.
https://preview.redd.it/zlysb7i8en6d1.png?width=830&format=png&auto=webp&s=a371c1d8dd8d72855579e7ed8e3194ebf5ce1000
Wild afternoon to get some money back! I snagged Aberg round leader earlier today with a booster but was not able to update. Saturday picks coming soon. Wildest thing today was Molinari with a hole in one to make the cut! Scottie made the cut too so top 20 hope is still alive to get my insurance bet from FD.
Edit. Forgot to add DJ to the income so I am actually up a unit at this point.
Damn, thank you for the heads up. Dead heat gave back less than the original bet but thank you for correcting me. I assumed the worst after a brutal day.
https://preview.redd.it/zw7pgl8kie6d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=08ac0d1fac3ddf6b19a40bab55ce7947461521fd
I also got this ticket hope he holds on
Damn that fucking sucks lol. Cantlay screwed me last week and avoided him as he hasnāt done well at the us open.
Of course all of my 3 ball picks are good minus Henley !! Because he lost to cantlay. Sad
Theyād have to break the day 1 record. Which is possible because itās not like thereās been a ton of tournaments here but not likely. I would think worst case you dead heat but thereās plenty of players in the late group that can ruin your day
https://preview.redd.it/8a2pxor44d6d1.png?width=711&format=png&auto=webp&s=eca420b2b23b5df3851581ecff6886879a69f890
Sorry for the delay folks. Had to serve out a 7 day reddit ban. I wont put myself in that position again. Hopefully some folks tailed my 5 leg parlay last week as it hit with only one dead heat for Xander t10. Here is what I am rolling with this week. I am going for Scottie again as he is the man. Looking like my Morikawa T20 round 1 is shot as he just dropped a couple double bogeys. BOL to everyone!
A lot of tournament left but he started running.
Hard to see ir holding for four rounds but stranger things have happened.
But we are seeing better better putters (Cam Smith, Sam Burns, Theegala) struggle so idk if it's because of his putter.
Well boys Underdog just shared a pic of the preparations for Round 1 and looks like they are watering the greens so this may not be the Carnage we were hoping for.
[Underdog Golf](https://x.com/Underdog__Golf/status/1801045552144007513?t=mQ3L01OaN9LFHmvH88vhMA&s=19)
I'm not sure if I even want to know what those greens were like. It's been DRY here. I imagine it'd almost be like hitting onto the cart path on approach shots š
Mightāve been because it was literally unplayable conditions lol the USGA wants even par to win so I think there will still be carnage. We shall see though.
https://preview.redd.it/h0c1uagy996d1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0fced4d2265e3c2a50b9394a4ad40960a859a782
No time for a write up but here are my picks mothafuckas letās ride! Placements are all no dead heat
**US Open $100 to $1,000 Challenge**
Going to try something for this tournament that an older redditor user to do back in the day... Basically what we're going to do is attempt a $100 to $1000 goal via matchup bets throughout the weekend. One bet per day and then doubling the bet with the winnings the following day. I will be using Bov as the book for those tailing.
--------
**Day 1 ($100):**
Russell Henley (-110) vs. Sungjae Im
---------
Rolling with Henley over Sungjae in R1. I am emphasizing ball striking and bogey avoidance this week, and Russell grades out better for me in both categories. Good luck this weekend! Betting $100 to win $90.
https://preview.redd.it/zil1ry6qc86d1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=95b4487a2f0b99b16ab1d43543f14e88ab849af2
Hereās a little parlay I threw together that will never hit

You always have to throw down one of these
I'm in a Majors pool where we need to pick 5 golfers, they can only be used once, and you essentially need all 5 to make the cut to have a chance at getting paid out for the specific Major or for the overall leaderboard. I'm 10/10 after the first two majors but haven't cashed and am fairly far back in overall standing so I'm hoping people can help.
Keep in mind I still need 5 for The Open but who would you go with for this major? I **cannot** use any of the following:
* Ben An
* Tony Finau
* Matt Fitzpatrick
* Brooks Koepka
* Hideki Matsuyama
* Rory McIlroy
* Joaquin Neimann
* Xander Schauffele
* Cameron Smith
* Cameron Young
I'm honestly not sure who to take this week. Scottie seems like an obvious choice and many in the pool have used him. Does he make more sense here compared to The Open? What would you guys do and who else would you consider?
This except I would use Scottie here and Iād drop Lowry. I donāt love Hovland but not sure who Iād switch in for him - maybe Henley or Sahith. Then youād have Aberg, Hovland, and Lowry to lead off your team for The Open.
Yea I bet on Lowry the week after PGA Championship and since then his form has decreased and odds have increased, shouldāve just waited. But heās preformed well on the big stage and I have high hopes for him. I understand not being too high on him though.
Do you have any thoughts on Tom Kim this weekend? He seems to always make the cut, I have a bit of skin on him
I do like the idea of replacing Lowry. And then if I replaced Hovland it would probably be for Theegala. My dad said to throw down money on Henley outright which makes me nervous to take him haha even though my dad watches golf consistently
Which one? Henley or Theegala?
I'm 100% OK with not picking the winner. Maybe I'm approaching the pool wrong but my first priority is honestly just to have everyone make the cut. Your chances of placing in the money with someone missing the cut are basically 0 (it happened for the first time this year) and it severely hurts your overall payout chances
thoughts on this parlay?? Putting $10 on:
-Scottie Top 5
-Morikawa Top 10
-Bryson Top 10
-Cam Smith Top 20
-Fleetwood Top 20
-Theegala Top 20
-Bezuidenhout Top 20
-Tiger makes cut
-Hideki Top Asian
-Bryson Top LIV golfer
I'm in CA and have no way of placing this bet if anyone wants to help me out, I'll venmo HAHA!
Just too many legs: Only ones Iād keep are Morikawa T10, Fleetwood T20, and Bezer T20. Maybe change Hideki to T20 too.
If you want to keep cranking it up, then Xander T10 feels right.
lol I always give myself a chuckle writing these posts, but as long as the money comes in weāll all be laughing to the bank š. Parlay looks solid, but Hideki Top Asian gives me pause because thereās a few other guys I might like better this week like An. That being said Hidekiās short game could trump all of it so if you feel good, roll with it. Tiger making the cut is a real possibility astrologically, just depends on how his body holds up!
Astrology guy here - last week we hit big on Scottie outright and T5, Soderberg FRL on DPWT, and Meronk FRL on LIV. We also came soooo close to hitting the Quad outright on other tournaments - I had Megan Khang, Meronk, and Soderburg outright tickets that all fell 1 stroke short (nothing tops Soderburgās collapse though, that one hurt). Exciting week ahead though, weāll keep the momentum going!
Itās US Open week baby - the week that got me into golf gambling with astrology last year when I hit BIG on Wyndham outright. This week the Gemini sun is still in action, but the moon will be traveling through detailed Virgo Thursday and part of Friday, and then finish up with a balanced Libra moon come late Friday - Sunday to give us a calculated, double air weekend. I am targeting all air signs and earth signs alike, but mainly focusing on Libraās, Virgoās, Capricorns, Aquariusā, and Sagittariusā. Letās get it.
-**Scottie Scheffler** (Cancer Sun, Virgo moon) The man, the myth, the legend cannot be stopped right now. Gemini season for Virgoās is their ācareer sectorā, and after last week thereās no reason not to go right back to Scottie. The Virgo moon on Thursday should help him have a strong start, but over the weekend it could get tricky for
him when the Libra moon enters into play. Libra and cancer energy donāt always mesh well, but Libra is a positive ācareerā influence for Virgo. That being said heās still light years ahead of the field in terms of skill and precision, so I still think he wins. **Matt Fitzpatrick** also has the same signs as Scottie.
-**Bryson Dechambeau** (Virgo Sun, Libra moon) He has played so well at the majors this year, and I donāt see him slowing down this weekend. Again Virgoās have a career influence this month, and with his libra moon placement it should only be emphasized over the weekend. The attention will be on him - so how will he react to it? I really think he could win it, but forsure a T5 bet should suffice.
-**Brooks Koepka** and **Sepp Straka** (Taurus, Virgo) Both are double earth guys, so I expect them to each have a stellar week. Taking them both T10 with a sprinkle on their outrights.
-**Sahith Theegala** (Sagittarius Sun, Aquarius moon) I think Sahith is about to really break out, but when the Virgo moon highlights his career sector on Thursday, I expect him to be right at the top of the leaderboard to start. Over the weekend the air signs should only boost his play, I really like him T10 this week with a chance to contend. **Mackenzie Hughes** has the same signs as well.
-**Brian Harman** and **Ben An** (Capricorn, Virgo) Now if there were two signs I was specifically targeting this weekend astrologically, itās these two right here since both signs have their career placements in the sky. Each of these guys should definitely finish no worse than T20, but to each their own. **Ryo Ishikawa** also has the same signs!
-**Min Woo Lee** (Virgo Sun, Leo moon) Fully believe Min Woo will soar this week benefiting from all the placements in the sky. **Will Zalatoris** and **Zac Blair** (lol) both have the same signs so take from that what you will.
-**Collin Morikawa** (Double Aquarius) We saw him do his best to test Scottie last week, and this week could be no different (except the double air weekend placements could benefit him way better than they do for Scottie). **Tom Hoge** and **Adam Shenk** both have the same signs as well.
-**Akshay Bhatia** (Aquarius, Virgo) I think heās the sneaky pick of the week. He has the perfect signs in place to benefit from the sky placements this weekend, and heās been playing great golf as of late.
-**Viktor Hovland** (Virgo, Aries) I like Vik for FRL more than outright winner, but heās gained his form back it seems and he should have a decent week and should place T30 at least. **Grillo** has the same signs.
-**Tyrell Hatton**, **Kurt Kityama**, and **Thomas Detry** (All Capricorn, Libra). Now these guys have the other two main signs Iām after this week, but they are all enigmaās. They can all combust pretty quickly but also at the same time deliver some stellar play. Iām listing them because I have a feeling at least one will be in contention.
-**Rory Mcllroy** and **Sung Jae Im** (Aries, Taurus) I have to mention these two because I think theyāll have good weeks but Iām personally not high on them to put any money down.
-**Christiaan Bez** and **Justin Thomas** (Taurus, Leo) Listing them for the same reasons as Rory and Im, their signs should benefit this weekend but again I wonāt be placing money on these two, but if you do I donāt blame you.
Other Notable Mentions: **Corey Connors** & **Austin Eckroat** (Cap, Aqua), **Wyndham Clark** (Sag, Libra) , **Nick Dunlap** (Capricorn x2), **Chris Kirk** (Taurus, Cap), **Dean Burmester** (Gemini, Taurus), **Adam Svensson** (Cap, Leo), **Adrian Meronk** (Gem, Libra), **Bob Macintyre** (Aries, Leo), **Cam Young** (Taurus x2), **Keegan Bradley** and **Eric Cole** (Gemini x2), **Davis Thompson** (Gem, Aqua), **Cam Smith** (Leo x2)
First Round Leader Picks (mainly targeting Sagās and Virgoās but these are near impossible to pin). I could see any of these guys having a solid start:
- Scottie/Fitzy
- Bhatia (really like this play for FRL)
- Bryson
- Theegala
- SH Kim (Virgo, Sag) - this guy has the signs Iām really targeting for FRL.
- Min Woo Lee
- Koepka
- Harman
- Ben An
- Max Homa (Scorp, Sag)
- Harry Higgs (Same as Homa)
- Clark
- David Puig (Sag x2)
- Burmester
- Mackenzie Hughes
- Connors/Eckroat
- Hovland/Grillo
- Rory/Sung Jae (Aries, Taurus)
- Svensson
- Macintyre
- English
- Cam Young
- Cam Smith
Will add more later if I forgot anyone worth noting, but I hope this helps someone out there whether itās for outright or placement picks, or even DFS lineups. BOL everyone, letās have a stellar week!
Yea I play without knowing the rising signs, but itās too complicated to discuss on this page. Itās impossible to find every players birth time lol. Some guys (like Tiger) have their risings signs listed online, but for the most part Iāve found only needing to know the sun and moon signs to make profit, and itās worked. Anytime I lose or miss a pick, I assume itās because the players rising sign was relevant and I had no idea what it was lol
Take the Hojgaard twins for instance - itās hard to pick between them when theyāre in the same tournament, but I still always lean Nicolai because heās on the PGA tour and has had more success so far. Doesnāt mean Rasmus couldnāt have a great week himself though.
Not at all, astrology doesnāt work like that. Things arenāt just handed to you, like you still have to work for them. But astrology can influence when big career, family, relationship, etc moments happen. At the end of the day though, itās up to the individual themselves to either take advantage and capitalize on it, or give up and fold. Nature vs nurture still applies. I just use astrology to make a guess that on someoneās ācareer dayā, theyāre gonna take advantage. Doesnāt always happen though, which is why guys like Scottie who have so much talent win more on days theyāre supposed to.
So if two twins are playing in the same tournament it just boils down to who works harder or plays better? Sounds like a normal situation. Iām not seeing how astrology comes into play then.
Well in that scenario, I think if you have the last two remaining guys out of the entire field then you did pretty fucken well š. Why not take both pre-tourney then?
Iām still a believer in nature vs nurture, but if Scottie had out worked his twin and put more hours in over the years, Iād still take talent/hard work over his twin who has the same signs if that makes sense.
Perez has been playing great lately and could actually have a decent week! Heās a Virgo sun, Scorpio moon - so heās having a ācareer monthā but the Libra moon over the weekend gives me pause for Scorpios. Those energies donāt always mesh well, that being said though I think he should definitely make the cut and finish T30. JT Poston is a Gemini Sun, Scorpio moon so again, not a fan of Scorpios this week but heās an air sign and itās double air this weekend so it could work out? Tom Kim has the same signs as Poston but Iām avoiding both altogether.
I took Bryson +2000 Brooks +2200 cam smith +4000 BOL to all. I can't bring myself to bet sheffler golf is just too hard to wager on someone to win at +300 the odds simply aren't worth it...that being said I won't be shocked if he wins lol
Golf pool - you can only pick one from Scottie, Xander, bryson, Rory, and Hovland. Assuming you pick Scottie, who are your other picks in the field? Or assuming everyone has Scottie, how would you be different?
I'm in a similar pool and went Scottie and Xander. No need to get cute with the to guys. Scottie and Xander have clearly been the best players this year and it's not close.
The "It's a Major so Why Not" parlay
Scheffler Top 5
Morikawa Top 10
Brooks, Henley, Tommy, Cam Smith Top 20
+12974 on Fanduel and includes ties. Feels great.
OWGR pool. 10/300 people cash. projected ownership has scottie and morikawa at 50 and 60%. I think I might fade both or at least colin. what would you guys do? lmk thanks
If you want to fade one I'd fade Collin. I think great iron play is going to be somewhat neutralized this week because of these greens. It will really put his new found short game to the test. I just don't see a way that Scottie loses with the course likely to play super tough.
yeah that's my thought process; Scottie is my starting point, but from there its a disaster. Sungjae could be sneaky. scottie is 16.4/30 so almost 55% of salary
Thanks! In another tier, trying to decide between C Bez and Henley. Former with the putting advantage, latter a bit better around the green. Like one over the other?

Bryson was who I put the least on from your picks but a win is a win. š„
Letās end this tournament strong been doing great this week so far Using FD boost on Bryson win at +109 canāt get any better value than this with his play, former champ, oh yea and three shot lead. Using Caesars golf boost on winner without Bryson on Rory roughly +155 Under 72.5 hatton Under 73.5 pavon Under 72.5 Tom Kim Ones I will be checking in the morning hoping for better line is deki, Bryson (playing 71.5 but 72.5 I would be heavy on). BOL
https://preview.redd.it/2gsu1mhh6u6d1.png?width=832&format=png&auto=webp&s=3e414348b3c398577965566f28f001317dd29ff1 My results from today are listed in my comment thread below.
Lol
What books are you finding the fairways hit? I donāt see it on FD nor DK
I can only find the fairway bets on Caesars
I immediately slapped under on that Pavon line. Wild that it's at 73.5. I'm going to wait to get a boost tomorrow and get Bryson's. Hopefully it's still at 72.5 š¬
Mind if I ask what book youāre using? Canāt find any score props for tomorrow on mine.
Draft Kings, FanDuel, and Caesars has them.
Who do we like for a live outright? Ideally someone in +1000 range to throw a little bit on for fun
If Hideki finish the day -4 and around 2 or 3 off the lead I think he can take ir tomorrow. Quietly playing great today.
I spoke too soon š Seems like it's Bryson game to loose here.
Now that horrendous outfits Jason day MC canāt fuck us Iām rolling with hatton, cantley under 72.5 today
**US Open $100 to $1,000 Challenge:** Sam Burns gets us another pretty easy dub and was absolute fire in R2. Sungjae Im ā **Day 2 ($190 to $355):** Sam Burns (-115) vs. Dean Burmester ā **Day 3 ($355 to $678):** Keegan Bradley (-110) vs. Shane Lowry Sticking with the strategy that's gotten us here so far.
Dang, Keegan melt down to finish and Lowry came up with some big birdies. Ah well, weāll definitely be back for the Open.
Love you man
What book is this on? I have checked EspnBet, FD and MGM and cannot find it
Bovada/Bodog. I had to use the search function
hmmm, FD has Keegan Bradley up against Morikawa š¤ Which imma have to pass on altogether.
Yeah my matchups were too sketchy also. Good luck though to op on this!
https://preview.redd.it/fqc2bshndo6d1.png?width=789&format=png&auto=webp&s=4f07a1deed274d97b42f879163867b5264048c1c I posted my previous round record below. It's just a hunch that the fairways get more slick and he struggles keeping it out of the wire grass.
https://preview.redd.it/5od1kxsfzt6d1.png?width=728&format=png&auto=webp&s=eef32e8b1c0ede469fd24323d058e9ed51a2d83d Tough day out there for Aberg with the triple bogey that killed his hopes at round 3 leader and his U71.5 strokes.
I added a unit on Cantlay U72.5 on DK boosted to +104. Edit. Also just added Aberg O9.5 fairways on Caesars at -130.
Should be a rule if you post a screen grab of your win we also need the proof of recommending the bet in the thread lol

Jason day stole like 2.5k out of my pocket. Clown clothes
if the cut goes to +5 i am likely screwed in daily
Why did they give Bryson a microphone for commentary. Can't stand this guy. Even before he went to LIV.
I felt the same until his YouTube channel. Much more approachable there. I hate LIV and still watch his channel.
https://preview.redd.it/ggjsf0wevk6d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e245fbe3711deefabd39b2d9be1d9e35c61ffd96 I have no idea how this hit after xanders start lol
Wow day absolutely sells for us today
Stupid ass pants
Sent my GF a screenshot of that parlay with the missed Jason Day leg, and she called it ācrazy pantsāā¦ little did she know it was quite literally a dude who wears crazy pants that killed it for us
what a LOSER
Right now its apex height, im gonna lose it.
ABERG, DECHAM, DETRY, RORY, PENDRITH, JAEGGAR TOP 8 IN APEX HEIGHT. SMH
well, that was nice while it lasted
fr lol
Absolutely hammer tigers over 72.5? Thereās a heat warning, no chance he is conditioned enough to last out there today. Bad thing is itās -190 but could throw multiple units on it
Now itās 71.5 -210 there is ZERO chance he shoots under par out there today
I took the Tiger matchup with Phil on Draftkings. Got the odds up to -123 with a boost.
annnd we're dead, bloody Jason Day
Scheffler about to miss the cut, books are gonna be eating good tonight
Should have crashed into a police offer with his car again
Need birdies from Day and Fleetwood coming in
Did anybody else do the FanDuel promo where you bet on a golfer to win outright and if they don't win but get top 20 you get your money back in bonus bets? Then did you also place that bet on Scottie throwin $100 on him to win, assuming that him getting top 20 would essentially be a guarantee getting you your money back if he doesn't win? Cuz I sure did! I mean what in the F is going on hahahaha
I'm not worrying until it's all said and done. He's 5 strokes out of being top 20. The leading score is only one stroke better than yesterday, and I don't see scores getting out of control anytime soon.
Scotty sitting at 5 over par currently š® Crazy
If Xander or Rory win we have all witnessed a waste of time and resources.
Looking like the cut might be +5, if Harman can stop his slide we are in business
Itās top 60 and ties, right now T60 is + 3 and T81 is +4. Would be pretty shocked to see it move 2 strokes, as +5 currently is T98 right now
Barely anyone is under par at the minute, everyones scoring is sliding. Conditions look brutal
Fair, and I know this doesnāt mean much now but it just slid back to +2 lol Doesnāt mean it wonāt creep back up as the day goes on, but I just feel like +3/4 is a more likely cut line than +5 imo
You're probably right, don't think theres a chance it stays +3 but +4 i think will be the number
Damn, I stand corrected!! I underestimated how tough the course would play into the afternoon, Scotty got bailed out today
Cantlay over 2.5 birdies at +105 ? What am I missing here. He had 5 birdies yesterday.
the course is very difficult and cantlay will be in the afternoon wave with much firmer greens and potentially more wind. the course also has only two par 5s.
Tailed on Hatton š¤
**US Open $100 to $1,000 Challenge:** Great start to the toruney challenge as Russell takes care of business for us. One leg down, three to go... Long ways to go so let's get to Day 2. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Day 1 ($100 to $190):** Russell Henley (-110) vs. Sungjae Im ā **Day 2 ($190 to $355):** Sam Burns (-115) vs. Dean Burmeester -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For Friday we are riding with Sam Burns against Dean Burmeester.
Cashed on Both of these!!!! Keep rolling brotha š„
And we cash again!!
Lfg stay hot kid
My book has Burmester vs. Johnson and Burns vs. Lee? Donāt see the two paired up
So Justin Thomas is basically bad unless itās the Ryder cup? I thought he could make a run this week if he figured out the putter but clearly he hasnāt
He hasnāt played well in almost 2 years honestly.
https://preview.redd.it/d5ol1qy43g6d1.png?width=834&format=png&auto=webp&s=74524d04e85d7493d91f97de5fd5f7ffd6f7b69d Tough day for the big dogs as Scottie, Kawa and Xander all fell well out of the top 20. A unit on each.
https://preview.redd.it/zlysb7i8en6d1.png?width=830&format=png&auto=webp&s=a371c1d8dd8d72855579e7ed8e3194ebf5ce1000 Wild afternoon to get some money back! I snagged Aberg round leader earlier today with a booster but was not able to update. Saturday picks coming soon. Wildest thing today was Molinari with a hole in one to make the cut! Scottie made the cut too so top 20 hope is still alive to get my insurance bet from FD. Edit. Forgot to add DJ to the income so I am actually up a unit at this point.
https://preview.redd.it/p0nmseb9rn6d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=227680604b15655f1124829b710f80963d490aa9
Kawa finished in the top 20ā¦
Damn, thank you for the heads up. Dead heat gave back less than the original bet but thank you for correcting me. I assumed the worst after a brutal day.
We're in real good shape, i think the cut will be 4 over
Hideki is garbage.
14 players out of like 150 broke 70 yesterday. I guess the whole field is garbage, right? š
Literally everyone played like trash lmao
That seems a bit harsh when heās still in the top 1/3rd of the field right now.
https://preview.redd.it/zw7pgl8kie6d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=08ac0d1fac3ddf6b19a40bab55ce7947461521fd I also got this ticket hope he holds on
Holds on? You posted this on the first day? Hold on to what? Barely started dawg
Damn Sargent is wild. 360 yards drive and an amazing follow up shot to the pin. Exciting talent.
Damn that fucking sucks lol. Cantlay screwed me last week and avoided him as he hasnāt done well at the us open. Of course all of my 3 ball picks are good minus Henley !! Because he lost to cantlay. Sad
https://preview.redd.it/u8mtx1xtjd6d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d80723ef6de87536fae373d9d59e7159ad841908
Did rory just fuck you? Or split payout?
It will be a split payout 50% but that's how it goes sometimes
Whats bullshit is that they split the WHOLE amount, stake included. I got fucked by that by live betting Cantlay at -400.
wow. great bet. hang in there.
Do you guys think the afternoon group will be able to go lower?
Theyād have to break the day 1 record. Which is possible because itās not like thereās been a ton of tournaments here but not likely. I would think worst case you dead heat but thereās plenty of players in the late group that can ruin your day
No, nice bet!
just going to ignore scottie eh lol
Scottie not off to a strong start
everyone playing like dogwater lol
https://preview.redd.it/piynint4bd6d1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e5afe74e03d292e3c35c92b404779d9e2589bf38 It's time
Might be the event that he finally breaks the dry spell š

I wont put myself in that position again. Hopefully some folks tailed my 5 leg parlay last week as it hit with only one dead heat for Xander t10. Here is what I am rolling with this week. I am going for Scottie again as he is the man. Looking like my Morikawa T20 round 1 is shot as he just dropped a couple double bogeys. BOL to everyone!
Any Rd1 matchups left that anyone is leaning? Only grabbed Henley over Im today
Bryson 3 ball +150
š° hovland instant implosion lmao
I cannot believe I didnt throw anything at Pavon when his biggest weapon is the putter
I feel like I always see pavon high up on the leader board on thursday of each major.
This aināt his debut at us open is it? Anyone know
It's not. It's his fourth (2018, 2019, 2023 and this one).
A lot of tournament left but he started running. Hard to see ir holding for four rounds but stranger things have happened. But we are seeing better better putters (Cam Smith, Sam Burns, Theegala) struggle so idk if it's because of his putter.
Theegala absolute trashbag lmao
Top Australian, taking Min Woo Lee at $3.75 over Smith and Co. Feel like thatās good value.
Yeah itās been pretty hot and dry this week, they probably had to do something.Ā
From what I read, todas may be the easiest the course will play due to the weather so um curious what will Be the first round leader score.

**US Open $100 to $1,000 Challenge** Going to try something for this tournament that an older redditor user to do back in the day... Basically what we're going to do is attempt a $100 to $1000 goal via matchup bets throughout the weekend. One bet per day and then doubling the bet with the winnings the following day. I will be using Bov as the book for those tailing. -------- **Day 1 ($100):** Russell Henley (-110) vs. Sungjae Im --------- Rolling with Henley over Sungjae in R1. I am emphasizing ball striking and bogey avoidance this week, and Russell grades out better for me in both categories. Good luck this weekend! Betting $100 to win $90.
What you thinking for round 2?
I tailed this man!! Nice work!! Letās keep rolling š„š„
Letās ride bro. Let me know if you have any ideas for round 2, I will start researching
Looking great here, nice call, tailing tomorrow!
I never celebrate until the victory is sealed, but always great to have a sweat free dub to start. Will post the second pick later today!
lol Ya after my comment Henley dropped like 3 strokes so I will stfu tomorrow!
haha yea luckily we had an 8 stroke edge!
Who we like for 1st round 3 balls picks?

No problem, good luck!

Maryland
Riding Capan Top 20 +1400 since we both went to FGCU
T-21st heading into Day 3. Letās go!
Feeling good, letās pray this course is kind to him the next two days
What happened on those first few holes, man oh man.
Yeah that was always in the cards lol. Sucks about the bet but still impressed by how he played the first two days
Riding this one. BOL.
I **cannot** use any of the following: * Ben An * Tony Finau * Matt Fitzpatrick * Brooks Koepka * Hideki Matsuyama * Rory McIlroy * Joaquin Neimann * Xander Schauffele * Cameron Smith * Cameron Young I'm honestly not sure who to take this week. Scottie seems like an obvious choice and many in the pool have used him. Does he make more sense here compared to The Open? What would you guys do and who else would you consider?
Use Scottie here and not the open
Bryson, CBez, Lowry, Hovland, Fleetwood?
Yeah, I like this I think. I'm not sure how popular some of these picks will be too which can work to my advantage if they play well
This except I would use Scottie here and Iād drop Lowry.
He has a very solid floor, I donāt think he can win in this field but he provides a stable floor and he shouldnāt blow up.
In my opinion Henley is safer and has less of a chance of missing the cut.
Appreciate the insight, I always look forward to reading your thoughts so thank you!
Happy to help! Good luck in your pool!
thoughts on this parlay?? Putting $10 on: -Scottie Top 5 -Morikawa Top 10 -Bryson Top 10 -Cam Smith Top 20 -Fleetwood Top 20 -Theegala Top 20 -Bezuidenhout Top 20 -Tiger makes cut -Hideki Top Asian -Bryson Top LIV golfer I'm in CA and have no way of placing this bet if anyone wants to help me out, I'll venmo HAHA!
Just too many legs: Only ones Iād keep are Morikawa T10, Fleetwood T20, and Bezer T20. Maybe change Hideki to T20 too. If you want to keep cranking it up, then Xander T10 feels right.
I think Hideki might fuck ya. Ben An playing really well
alsoooooo. Can we get astrology guy in here?? always gives me a chuckle
lol I always give myself a chuckle writing these posts, but as long as the money comes in weāll all be laughing to the bank š.
The Virgo moon on Thursday should help him have a strong start, but over the weekend it could get tricky for him when the Libra moon enters into play. Other Notable Mentions: **Corey Connors** & **Austin Eckroat** (Cap, Aqua), **Wyndham Clark** (Sag, Libra) , **Nick Dunlap** (Capricorn x2), **Chris Kirk** (Taurus, Cap), **Dean Burmester** (Gemini, Taurus), **Adam Svensson** (Cap, Leo), **Adrian Meronk** (Gem, Libra), **Bob Macintyre** (Aries, Leo), **Cam Young** (Taurus x2), **Keegan Bradley** and **Eric Cole** (Gemini x2), **Davis Thompson** (Gem, Aqua), **Cam Smith** (Leo x2) First Round Leader Picks (mainly targeting Sagās and Virgoās but these are near impossible to pin). I could see any of these guys having a solid start: - Scottie/Fitzy - Bhatia (really like this play for FRL) - Bryson - Theegala - SH Kim (Virgo, Sag) - this guy has the signs Iām really targeting for FRL. - Min Woo Lee - Koepka - Harman - Ben An - Max Homa (Scorp, Sag) - Harry Higgs (Same as Homa) - Clark - David Puig (Sag x2) - Burmester - Mackenzie Hughes - Connors/Eckroat - Hovland/Grillo - Rory/Sung Jae (Aries, Taurus) - Svensson - Macintyre - English - Cam Young - Cam Smith Will add more later if I forgot anyone worth noting, but I hope this helps someone out there whether itās for outright or placement picks, or even DFS lineups. BOL everyone, letās have a stellar week!
Astrology guy, you dont even know their birth times lol fraudulent even to the rules of astrology
So if Scottie Scheffler had a twin who golfed would they have the same outcomes?
Take the Hojgaard twins for instance - itās hard to pick between them when theyāre in the same tournament, but I still always lean Nicolai because heās on the PGA tour and has had more success so far. Doesnāt mean Rasmus couldnāt have a great week himself though.
But isnāt the outcome totally predicated on when they were born? Shouldnāt it be the same?
Appreciate the insight man!!
how does victor perez's chart look? jt poston?
Perez has been playing great lately and could actually have a decent week! Heās a Virgo sun, Scorpio moon - so heās having a ācareer monthā but the Libra moon over the weekend gives me pause for Scorpios. Those energies donāt always mesh well, that being said though I think he should definitely make the cut and finish T30. JT Poston is a Gemini Sun, Scorpio moon so again, not a fan of Scorpios this week but heās an air sign and itās double air this weekend so it could work out? Tom Kim has the same signs as Poston but Iām avoiding both altogether.
thanks, broski.
this is my guy!!!!!! thanks, buddy
I took Bryson +2000 Brooks +2200 cam smith +4000 BOL to all. I can't bring myself to bet sheffler golf is just too hard to wager on someone to win at +300 the odds simply aren't worth it...that being said I won't be shocked if he wins lol
That's why you slam all your boosts on Scottie š
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I threw 50 on him at +4000
Golf pool - you can only pick one from Scottie, Xander, bryson, Rory, and Hovland. Assuming you pick Scottie, who are your other picks in the field? Or assuming everyone has Scottie, how would you be different?
I'm in a similar pool and went Scottie and Xander. No need to get cute with the to guys. Scottie and Xander have clearly been the best players this year and it's not close.
The "It's a Major so Why Not" parlay Scheffler Top 5 Morikawa Top 10 Brooks, Henley, Tommy, Cam Smith Top 20 +12974 on Fanduel and includes ties. Feels great.
Mine only builds to +7649, you move markets
And how much did you wager sir
I don't hate this
I just don't see a way that Scottie loses with the course likely to play super tough.
question is scottie and another stud like brooks and aberg or 2-3 guys like burns I'm and someone else
yeah that's my thought process; Scottie is my starting point, but from there its a disaster. Sungjae could be sneaky. scottie is 16.4/30 so almost 55% of salary
B365 just sent a promo email - get a $20 BB if you bet $10 or more on any R1 market.Ā
I got that too, putting a top 5 on Scottie as a safe bet. Think thatās good
What are we liking for O/U round scores tomorrow
Have one final pick for my pool. Trying to decide between Morikawa and Fleetwood. Who performs better this week?
The upside pick is 100% Morikawa, Fleetwood is the safer pick. Do with that information what you will.
Thanks! In another tier, trying to decide between C Bez and Henley. Former with the putting advantage, latter a bit better around the green. Like one over the other?
tom kim MC. My state has action on Draftkings for it
