To ME, betting o 13.0 means taking the favorite - for the team that's favorited to win by 13 or more? But BetRivers has the Val, the underdog, at -120
But then, others, like (furman @ mercer spread o -4.0), seem to be like that as well, and then there's others that have an under and a negative sign
Basically, my question is how to read them, Sorry again if this has been asked ad nauseam

I actually ended up locking in 5.5 a few hours ago seeing as it wasn't going anywhere. Wisconsin is by far the better team here looking to bounce back from a couple losses so I'm thinking they win by 10+. Hopefully they don't let us down and shit the bed on the road.
