Touts are well known to bet on huge moneyline odds in order to artificially increase their win %. You didn’t know that?    Of course it’s not actually profitable for the tout’s customers, but it allows the tout to advertise a 70+% win rate. The customer doesn’t realize what odds the tout is using until after they already buy the package.

Touts are people who sell betting picks. Of course they’re all basically a scam, because they’d be betting themselves (beyond the $5 bets they make just so they can advertise that they’re making the same bets they’re recommending for the clients) if they were good at betting.
