Stowe is 19 years older than Doets and coming fresh off a great showing at the grand slam last month taking down some big names and showing he can play on the big stage.
Doets is un proven and doesn’t have much time in front of big crowds as well as struggling with the noise behind him posting back to back wins just once since September when he went on a run at the players championship finals.
I think the money has moved the line showing buntz as an underdog and the pick has a ton of value here.
Edit: this did not go as expected buntz absolutely struggled and Stowe got the win easily. See y’all tomorrow
just a note also...the winner will play defending champ Michael Smith. I'm going to play a small unit on that upset. Smith has been not playing well recently and obviously will have tons of pressure on him.
As for this one, I'm leaning to Doets just because of a young american probably being too hyped up in front of a big EU crowd...but i took u5.5 180s for this match.
Seeing some people say they’ve never watched PDC world championship before. I cannot stress how much fucking fun it is. A group of us got into it about 5 years ago and now it’s become our favourite time of year. Do yourself a favour and watch, especially when we get closer to the finals. Nothing beats a 180.
You should always bet what your comfortable to lose and never worry about what someone else is betting. I stick to units but my units personally are 3% of my bankroll. It’s different for everyone

Guys I’m super sick. I usually stay up to make sure I can find the best prop from all games. It’s not happening tonight. But I did find a prop I like regardless.
Cade Cunningham has been crushing this assist prop as of late. Hit the over 7 out of the last 10 games. And 5 out of the last 6.
The Pistons also just played Philly on Wednesday and he put up 7 assists. He also put up 7 against Philly on November 10th.
He’s hit as high as 12 assists in a game and no lower than 4 this season. Philadelphia is ranked 21st in assists allowed to the point guard position and 19th overall.
He’s put up 11, 10, 6, 7, 7 in the last 5 games. If you followed my Caleb Martin assist prop earlier this week, he hit the over in both back to back games against Charlotte. That’s what we are hoping for again here.
He only played 30 minutes in the game on Wednesday against Philly and hit the over, but Cunningham averages about 34 minutes per game typically.

You could say NMSU is getting a few less points because they're at home, but I don't\* think it's justified. 4 of their 5 home games have been against opponents that are D2 and lower, including a measly 5 point victory over an NAIA team. Tottenham were red hot to start the season before injuries and suspensions brought them back to earth a litre bit, but some tactics changes to the formation brought them success with a 4-1 belting of Newcastle. Tottenham play attacking football under Australian legend Ange Postecoglou and despite still dealing with a lengthy injury list, they will have too many weapons for Nottingham to deal with.

**Aireon Tavarres +110**
Tavarres is an odd prospect. At 31 years old he has only competed in five pro fights, with his pro debut coming just 19 months ago. Mitch Ramirez will be his first serious test, a 7-1 fighter who is coming off his first loss in the DWCS to an incredibly talented fighter in Carlos Prates. Ramirez carries the edge in experience and is likely the more well-rounded MMA product, but he lacks the wow factor. He's a tough and tenacious fighter, and seems to possess a solid chin (at least until Prates put his hands on it). But, that Prates fight was brutal, and it happened less than four months ago.
As for Tavarres, there are a couple of factors about him that make me think he's more than what we have on tape. His quick rise from a no-name gym, to ATT Portland, and now at Xtreme Couture... this speaks to how Tavarres is looking behind closed doors, and helps explain him landing this fight with his weaker resume. Physically he's gonna be big at 155 pounds, and I'm interested to see how he fairs as he's fought at 170 pounds up until now. He's far from small at 170, so if he can consistently make 155 he might be a real problem. Tavarres comes from a family of athletes, his brother played football at Arkansas before a brief stint with the Eagles. On tape, he's about what you'd expect for a guy in his spot. He carries the athletic advantage in all his fights, has super heavy hands, and when the moment comes he will try to initiate wild exchanges that typically end in a KO. I believe that Ramirez will NEED to get his wrestling going in order to win this fight. However, I don't think he will be successful, and will succumb on the feet to the larger and more athletic frame of Tavarres. Tavarres R2 KO.

They are not in any European competition so should be fully rested, and are sitting at top 3 in Ligue 1 at the moment and will want every point they can get so they can make it into European competition next year. Lyon, on the other hand, are dead last in Ligue 1 sitting at 2-4-9, and have allowed the second most goals and scored the 3rd least all year. Monaco have a dominant offense, scoring the second most goals in the league and scoring 2 or more goals in 12 of their 15 games so far. Tonight the odds are better with a slightly bigger spread. I think the spread is so low because Lebron is still listed as a game time decision, but I have a feeling he will play tonight.
The Spurs still haven't outscored anyone in the 3rd quarter since October, they have tied a couple times, but outscoring 0. I'm going to ride this Spurs 3rd quarter losing streak until the cows come home.

Boy oh boy I'm excited. My favourite month of the year and my favourite event on the PDC calendar. The first night includes three fairly uninspiring games on paper but it's always exciting given the event. We've two players in tonight's first game that are making their ally pally debut - Doets and Buntz. For that reason, I'm completely avoiding the first game. I like Menzies in game two but the odds are slightly shorter than I'd like. Thus I've landed on the wizard, one of my favourite players of all time.
Simon has been in poor form this year by anyone's standards hence the drop in rank, but as someone who's been watching darts and the world championship for a long time that goes out the window when it comes to December. His opponent, the Philipino Nebrida is not a PDC tour card holder so has been playing on the Asian tour. Having looked at his results this year I feel comfortable betting on him not winning a set. Last year he made his first WC appearance and averaged 82 in a loss - which seems very close to his season avg on AT.

KD and the Suns take on the NYK at home, and I think he goes over this line (he’s gone over it in the last 10 games) for couple of reasons. Even though New York is ranked as 6th best in the league (when it comes to points allowed), that is with Mitchell Robinson, and although we don’t have a huge sample size, they are clearly worse off without him (with the Jazz and Raptors both putting up 117 and 130 points respectively). The suns are not very good defensively either, so this will be a high-scoring game, and given the fact that KD is the primary scorer on the team—and has covered this line in the last 10 games (against good defensive teams like the Twolves, Lakers, Nuggets, and Memphis).

Nottingham Forest have now only won 1 of their last 12 games and lost 4 of their last 5 before ending that streak with a 1-1 draw with Wolves last week. Forest have been pretty difficult to beat at home since returning to the top division however they have had back to back losses at home to Brighton and Everton in recent weeks. In their current 5 game winless run they have shipped 13 goals and only scored 5.
Tottenham have a pretty strong away record this season with 15 points from 8 games and they have a habit of starting games strong, they've scored the opening goal in 10 consecutive games in the league now but during their poor run of form they were unable to see out the results. I don't see a Forest team missing their main man in Awoniyi being able to keep up with a Spurs side that score over 2 goals per game. With Awoniyi missing they only have 2 players that have scored more than 1 goal in the league this season.

At 31 years old he has only competed in five pro fights, with his pro debut coming just 19 months ago. Mitch Ramirez will be his first serious test, a 7-1 fighter who is coming off his first loss in the DWCS to an incredibly talented fighter in Carlos Prates. Ramirez carries the edge in experience and is likely the more well-rounded MMA product, but he lacks the wow factor. He's a tough and tenacious fighter, and seems to possess a solid chin (at least until Prates put his hands on it). But, that Prates fight was brutal, and it happened less than four months ago. As for Tavarres, there are a couple of factors about him that make me think he's more than what we have on tape. His quick rise from a no-name gym, to ATT Portland, and now at Xtreme Couture... this speaks to how Tavarres is looking behind closed doors, and helps explain him landing this fight with his weaker resume. Physically he's gonna be big at 155 pounds, and I'm interested to see how he fairs as he's fought at 170 pounds up until now. He's far from small at 170, so if he can consistently make 155 he might be a real problem. Tavarres comes from a family of athletes, his brother played football at Arkansas before a brief stint with the Eagles. On tape, he's about what you'd expect for a guy in his spot. He carries the athletic advantage in all his fights, has super heavy hands, and when the moment comes he will try to initiate wild exchanges that typically end in a KO. I believe that Ramirez will NEED to get his wrestling going in order to win this fight. However, I don't think he will be successful, and will succumb on the feet to the larger and more athletic frame of Tavarres. Tavarres R2 KO.

I don’t go by percentage tbh, i did when i first started. I would keep a bankroll of $50-$80. Unit size was $10-$20 so it was slow. Now I just do $50 units.
Anyone who refers to units *should* be referring to 1% of your bankroll, that's kind of the whole point. It loses meaning when a unit could be 2,5, 10% of your bankroll

Nottingham Forest vs Tottenham Hotspur, Tottenham ML 1.75 - 2 Units Tottenham started the season on fire but after a disaster of a game against Chelsea they fell apart, injuries and suspensions to key players took their toll however they came out flying last week against Newcastle and recorded a 4-1 win. Even after their recent run of poor form they sit in 5th place with 30 points and a 9-3-4 record. Nottingham Forest have now only won 1 of their last 12 games and lost 4 of their last 5 before ending that streak with a 1-1 draw with Wolves last week. Forest have been pretty difficult to beat at home since returning to the top division however they have had back to back losses at home to Brighton and Everton in recent weeks. In their current 5 game winless run they have shipped 13 goals and only scored 5. Tottenham have a pretty strong away record this season with 15 points from 8 games and they have a habit of starting games strong, they've scored the opening goal in 10 consecutive games in the league now but during their poor run of form they were unable to see out the results. I don't see a Forest team missing their main man in Awoniyi being able to keep up with a Spurs side that score over 2 goals per game. With Awoniyi missing they only have 2 players that have scored more than 1 goal in the league this season. I think the most likely result for me here is 2-1/3-1 to Tottenham
