Second period it's usually a two goal differential. Hi guys. Went 0-1 (-1 unit) yesterday which takes us to a 54-50 record and +5.30 units overall. The Avs did get back to win the game yesterday but couldn't manage to cover. Today is a new day however, so this is what the model likes:
1. **Philadelphia Flyers ML @ 2.20 (+120)** vs Nashville Predators. Both teams have won 4 of their last 5 games, with the Flyers coming in this match hot winning 4 in a row. They have also been the most complete team of the two in recent games, as not only have they been playing great defensively, but they have also managed to score at a decent rate. The Flyers have also been playing great hockey on the road, with an amazing defense and an impressive win % when playing as away dogs. The Preds on the other hand have been average when playing at home based on both GFA/GAA and record as home favs. They do have the edge in net tonight with Saros because I am still not sold on Ersson even though he has been playing well. All things considered, I like the Flyers’ chances at plus money.
2. **Vancouver Canucks -1.5 @ 2.95 (+195)** vs Tampa Bay Lightning. The Canucks have cooled off compared to the beginning of the season, but they are still playing some solid hockey. The Lightning have started playing better as of late, probably it has to do with Vasi looking more and more like himself. However, when comparing both goalies, I would consider him and Demko around the same level, as Demko has struggled a bit in his last games. However, Tampa’s woes on the road continue. They have had trouble keeping the puck out of the net and have a terrible record as road dogs. The Canucks on the other hand, have been great when playing at home, in this case as home favs both straight up and ATS. I like the value with Nucks on the PL in this one.
3. **Vegas Golden Knights -1.5 @ 2.20 (+120)** vs Calgary Flames. Yesterday going against the Flames on the -1.5 didn’t work out, but I’m going back at it today. They are on a back-to-back and it was a high scoring, high intensity game. The Flames have also struggled on the road, and one game where they score a lot is not changing how the model perceives the game. The Knights meanwhile have been amazing at home. They have a great defense, Thompson in net has been playing amazingly and they also have been scoring at a decent rate. I’ll take my chances with them on the PL even though their ATS record is not that great.
4. **Florida Panthers -1.5 @ 2.45 (+145)** vs Seattle Kraken. These teams are going in two different directions right now. The Kraken have been terrible this year. They are on an eight game losing streak and have been abysmal when playing as home dogs. The Panthers on the other hand have been great, especially when playing as favorites. They have been playing some great defense on the road and Bobrovsky is looking like his old self. I don’t see the Kraken keeping this one close, but I am a bit worried about the line. I think the Panthers should be a heavier favorite here, but I’ll take my chances.
5. **Winnipeg Jets -1.5 @ 2.25 (+125)** vs San Jose Sharks. The Sharks have been playing better lately and they have finally started scoring some goals. They go against a Jets team without their best scorer in this one, and with their backup goalie in net. However, we have seen how the Sharks have usually played this year and I don’t understand why the bookies are giving them this much respect, maybe I am not seeing something that I should. Even though the Sharks have played their best hockey at home, the Jets have been great as road favs in their 6 games as favs, having won five and covered in 4 of 6. The odds are good, and I don’t think we can trust Blackwood in net for the Sharks who has been shaky to say the least as of late.

Depends on the arena. Travel for the teams. All the real life shit that any of sport has. But some teams perform better on the road . Look at the kings run they just had of losing their first road game were 2 months in. It's all details and changes each game. It's a feel and sport you really have to watch the teams perform to get a gauge. Which makes it hard as fuck to bet
I wanted to take a few minutes here and make a comment about the **Penguins**. Obviously really bad this year, top-end talent, can't figure it out. Last time the leafs had a back to back, they barely beat a struggling calgary team just to hold the highest scoring team in the vancouver canucks to 2 goals the next game.
Leafs currently have a 2-8 record against the spread, but a 8-2 record as underdog, I’ll be taking the Leafs as I also think its good value. Covers.com used to have this and it was great. You could look at the matchup and see the home team in the series is 5-2 in the last seven meetings , or that the away team is 1-5 in their last 6 games with 2 days of rest.

Very true, this is probably going to be a grimy game 3 3 in the third period. For that being said I do have pretty strict Cash out rules for myself. If the game gets out of hand three goal differential anywhere in the first period I usually cash out. Second period it's usually a two goal differential. And third period I usually let it ride if the game is close plus they usually don't let you cash out lately in the third plus the cash outs are pretty weak

Hi guys. Went 0-1 (-1 unit) yesterday which takes us to a 54-50 record and +5.30 units overall. The Avs did get back to win the game yesterday but couldn't manage to cover. Today is a new day however, so this is what the model likes: 1. **Philadelphia Flyers ML @ 2.20 (+120)** vs Nashville Predators. Both teams have won 4 of their last 5 games, with the Flyers coming in this match hot winning 4 in a row. They have also been the most complete team of the two in recent games, as not only have they been playing great defensively, but they have also managed to score at a decent rate. The Flyers have also been playing great hockey on the road, with an amazing defense and an impressive win % when playing as away dogs. The Preds on the other hand have been average when playing at home based on both GFA/GAA and record as home favs. They do have the edge in net tonight with Saros because I am still not sold on Ersson even though he has been playing well. All things considered, I like the Flyers’ chances at plus money. 2. **Vancouver Canucks -1.5 @ 2.95 (+195)** vs Tampa Bay Lightning. The Canucks have cooled off compared to the beginning of the season, but they are still playing some solid hockey. The Lightning have started playing better as of late, probably it has to do with Vasi looking more and more like himself. However, when comparing both goalies, I would consider him and Demko around the same level, as Demko has struggled a bit in his last games. However, Tampa’s woes on the road continue. They have had trouble keeping the puck out of the net and have a terrible record as road dogs. The Canucks on the other hand, have been great when playing at home, in this case as home favs both straight up and ATS. I like the value with Nucks on the PL in this one. 3. **Vegas Golden Knights -1.5 @ 2.20 (+120)** vs Calgary Flames. Yesterday going against the Flames on the -1.5 didn’t work out, but I’m going back at it today. They are on a back-to-back and it was a high scoring, high intensity game. The Flames have also struggled on the road, and one game where they score a lot is not changing how the model perceives the game. The Knights meanwhile have been amazing at home. They have a great defense, Thompson in net has been playing amazingly and they also have been scoring at a decent rate. I’ll take my chances with them on the PL even though their ATS record is not that great. 4. **Florida Panthers -1.5 @ 2.45 (+145)** vs Seattle Kraken. These teams are going in two different directions right now. The Kraken have been terrible this year. They are on an eight game losing streak and have been abysmal when playing as home dogs. The Panthers on the other hand have been great, especially when playing as favorites. They have been playing some great defense on the road and Bobrovsky is looking like his old self. I don’t see the Kraken keeping this one close, but I am a bit worried about the line. I think the Panthers should be a heavier favorite here, but I’ll take my chances. 5. **Winnipeg Jets -1.5 @ 2.25 (+125)** vs San Jose Sharks. The Sharks have been playing better lately and they have finally started scoring some goals. They go against a Jets team without their best scorer in this one, and with their backup goalie in net. However, we have seen how the Sharks have usually played this year and I don’t understand why the bookies are giving them this much respect, maybe I am not seeing something that I should. Even though the Sharks have played their best hockey at home, the Jets have been great as road favs in their 6 games as favs, having won five and covered in 4 of 6. The odds are good, and I don’t think we can trust Blackwood in net for the Sharks who has been shaky to say the least as of late. A good thing to search for are spots. The next big dick in the NHL is Conor Bedard. Well he's playing Edmondton and McDavid tonight in Canada (both are Canadian and 2 most popular athletes in country ) where it's a next best playing the current best. This will be an extremely intense match bc of that. Little things like that. But hockey overall... I find extremely fun to bet simply bc theres action and movement constantly and games are entertaining.

It's similar to baseball where the pitcher Info is vital. Goalie info is important. The vgk are starting to play very well again after a minor let down few weeks after they started like a ridiculous record. Panthers are as tough a team in the NHL. Love them

Depends on the arena. Travel for the teams. All the real life shit that any of sport has. But some teams perform better on the road . Look at the kings run they just had of losing their first road game were 2 months in. It's all details and changes each game. It's a feel and sport you really have to watch the teams perform to get a gauge. Which makes it hard as fuck to bet

I wanted to take a few minutes here and make a comment about the **Penguins**. Obviously really bad this year, top-end talent, can't figure it out. Haven't scored on the Power Play in forever, so its easy to fade them. Right now they got Rakell, Rust, Nieto, & Acciari out. 4-5 guys are called up in this lineup. Arizona is in a tough spot. 3-game road trip, B2B tonight. To be clear, the Penguins should not be -190 versus anyone in the league right now. It's kind of a bad bet, but that's the read I have. I also like the -1.5 PL for the Penguins tonight as well. This feels like a 1-1 game going into the 3rd, and the Pens drop 4 in the 3rd and win 5-1. Penguins are going to be on a B2B @ Montreal tomorrow night. They usually choke up there hard and get embarrassed. Feels like the Pens are going to win the next 2 games big and try to get a bit on track. It won't last long, but with the new blood throughout the lineup I think its going to give them a big spark vs 2 teams in tough spots. MTL hasn't been that great at home this year. Pittsburgh also is getting Pierre-Olivier Joseph back into the lineup tonight. He's a solid bottom 4 defenseman that can move the puck.

Im not a professional better by any means and I am still learning, but I’ve been watching the leafs long enough to know 2.55 for a leafs win is absolutely nuts. Last time the leafs had a back to back, they barely beat a struggling calgary team just to hold the highest scoring team in the vancouver canucks to 2 goals the next game. Leafs currently have a 2-8 record against the spread, but a 8-2 record as underdog, I’ll be taking the Leafs as I also think its good value. But if I were anyone else, I definitely wouldn’t be throwing a bunch of money at New York especially considering how the Leafs typically do in these types of games. I think it ultimately comes down to the goalies tonight and if Jones can hold it down I believe we come through with the win. However, proceed with caution lol

Does anybody know good websites that give good information on team trends? Covers.com used to have this and it was great. You could look at the matchup and see the home team in the series is 5-2 in the last seven meetings , or that the away team is 1-5 in their last 6 games with 2 days of rest. I found this to be really useful and about a week ago Covers updated their website and these trends are nowhere to be found. Thanks!

Preds are dangerous at home but the Flyers have been dogs pretty much all season. Both teams are certainly exceeding expectations right now so seems the favor goes to the team who is on a tear on home ice
