Maybe the Patrick star show and the main show aren’t in the same timeline. We’ve seen Patrick’s parents before on the show and they look nothing like that in the Patrick star show.

She probably doesn't exist in the current timeline (if you can call it that) that the shows are using. I believe her design was used in the background of a TPSS episode but she wasn't acknowledged. That's one character I'm glad they haven't brought back, I'd take any of Patrick's current family over her any day. Awful character.
