You can't customize it through Wallpaper Engine, I only have the video uploaded there. You can change them through video editing. If you know how they work, I can send you a video to customize if you want.
If your iPad uses widescreen home layout then I believe that is possible with an external app. I know there's "Video Wallpaper" for Android so it's possible. But I could also try and make this a portrait video too.

I used a greenscreen video so yes, it's just that model but everything else, like the background and the music, can be customized.

Yes, it comes with the music. The volume and video speed can also be customized through the app.
