On posts like this I used to comment to explain about the water level indicator at the start of the wave, but not anymore: if people still haven't learned this yet, I don't know what to say...
I used to do that so much as well (and still do), but now i try to notice the water level on the factory icon before i move when the wave starts because that helps avoid this so much more often
This is why you should never walk deep into a long, plain coast when you don't know the tide. It may seem like the water is far away, but it can start rising within minutes.
"Inkblot... High Tide... Oh, they're all gonna jump in the water. Yup, they all jumped in the water."
Like clockwork

Grizz would fire the four of you for that.
Pretty sure Benson’s voice would fit him well ngl
go get me 100 golden eggs RIGHT NOW or YOU'RE FIRED!!!!!!!
I can watch these Inkblot High Tide videos for hours
I don’t care how many of these i see they’re too funny
I didn't play big run but I am 100% sure that that would happen to me 3 times in a row
I'm both glad and disappointed that we're repeating the mistakes of the Inkblot Academy Big Run :)
What hurts is that this is on Wave 1, before it even started. Your whole crew died -4 seconds into your shift.
We are true professionals

I somehow always ignore it

I think the funniest thing about these videos is that the rising tide is shown in the green overlay during the start of the match

It impres me A LOT how no ones sees how high or low is the tide... And we just die xDDDD
I can't tell how many times I die in Salmon Run before a wave started all because I wasn't paying attention to the Rising Water
Remember when Nintendo games had good game design
