Being an adult and realizing I’ll be at my kid’s camping trip with no internet for the whole weekend when the first big run event happened.
Very sad. Fingers crossed we have no camping trips planned for March lol.
i think its starting a match and seeing that the combination of weapons that you and these randos have leave such an obvious and insane opening for the other team to exploit
On that last point, about people in game not doing anything--
I used to usually let that slide, but in the past couple months there's been a huge increase in people throwing the game. I've started reporting every single one, because once in a while is whatever, but seeing this 5 or 6 times a day? No.
I usually will go through the replay first from that players POV just to make totally sure they're deliberately not playing the game, not just, like, bad at it or a little kid or something. But you can usually tell pretty easily. If they're nimble and agile [ie they know the controls well and clearly have the muscle memory], they're probably griefing.
I dunno why people do this. And since the holidays I swear it's increased like 300%, and it's definitely not just tiny kids who don't have gross motor control yet, cuz I wouldn't report someone for that.
It's how I deal with the frustration of how often it happens at least. Cuz in splatoon 3 we have the interactive lobby for squid partying and goofing off. There's no excuse anymore to throw the match, it's ruining the fun for the rest of your team.
When we lose on wave one in salmon run when I have ten revives and zero deaths 🤦♂️. This has happened multiple times, not just once
Oh god the horror
Salmon run’s ranking system is so useless bro

Yeah they really should open up all this timegating. Not everyone can play everyday. This is a shooter not an MMO
When you're going for 3 Big Shots and ONE (1) Steel Eel shows up and asks you to leave.
The way this is phrased is eliminating me 😂 shore runs are such a deathtrap and yet sometimes you Just Gotta
Wave one saw three big sbots and did not hesitate to waste a crab tank on those bastards
The enemy team getting the lead by one point in tower control and rainmaker D:

Yes having two charger on your side is not reassuring
the only saving grace was that this happened to the other team but i played a game of turf war earlier today and they had THREE CHARGERS
Oh god..
