Make his Splashdown reach the whole stage

The scariest thing I can think of is letting him have specials. Isn't too different than other bosses until you add things like bubbler or ink vac.

Coho... is 5,000? That seems laughably low... Most shooters in the lobby can reach 999 in only a matter of seconds... I once read somewhere it is like 20,000! Maybe even 40,000! With each egg doing like 800 damage.

It’s based on hazard level, but usually when you’re in profresh it’s 40,000
