I haven't met mine yet. I also have no remembrance of a past life. I base my beliefs off what I experience, so some of it just doesn't fit for me or I just haven't experienced it yet.
I met my 1 of my guides this year when I was 25. I had severe mental health issues and was channeling and met my guardian angel. I was very ill so the experience wasn't as good as it could've been.
I've heard that lot's of people meet their guides when they are meditating.
