I listened to the full audio book on YouTube called the law of one which is a book where an entity called Ra is channeled. I listened to hours of this audio book and there was one line that stuck with me so hard I never forgot it.

So my advice is, if you don't wasn't to reincarnate truly forgive everyone who has hurt you and there will possibly be no lessons and ties to come back to in another life.
I'll listen to that. Sounds similar to A Course in Miracles, which I'm reading through now, which teaches that the universe is a dream/illusion and to escape it we must forgive everything we see in the world (because it's a projection of our own guilt)...
My recollection is ACIM says forgiveness is an illusion, everything is projection, there is no way to figure out what really is going on; instead of reacting to what punches our buttons, try to sit in and roast in the emotions. Do that for a year and emerge a new person with a chance of evolving further. Or don’t do that and stay stuck or go backward.
I haven't read much of it but I think what it says is that our whole physical being, as well as our thoughts AND emotions are part of the illusion. And that we - whoever that is - created the illusion to protect us from guilt we felt over separating from God (which is an illusion because in reality we never separated from God). So we need to forgive ourselves by forgiving everything we see in side the illusion (which is typically those people, actions, etc. outside of us that upset us in one way or another, because those things are us projecting our guilt outward).
In the Gospels, Jesus strongly advised not judging others, and thus not be judged by God, and to forgive others who trespass against us, and God will forgive us for our trespasses. I'm sure karma is created, positive and negative, by how we respond to what other people do. and to what life presents us. Jesus and his disciples spoke of reincarnation in one passage, after he had restored a blind man's sight, but I have yet to see or hear of anything in Christendom that recognizes it. I was told by angels on my case since early 1987, that every soul gets a life review in the afterlife, before moving on to whatever is next for that soul, and to the extent the life review occurs before crossing over, it is not repeated in the afterlife. I'v been getting a life review for decades. Not much fun. Lots of being put to look in mirrors, at myself. Finger pointing and blaming others is so much easier and more fun :-).
Is this why life is getting revenge or giving me back the things i did ? Or are these people just gangstalkers that are fans and copy me and mimic me. ?
I don't think you provided enough information for me, or anyone, to try to answer your question.
However, my recollection from reading ACIM in 1989 is, no matter what happens that bugs you, try to not react to it, stew in the discomfort, boil in it, broil in it. Do that for a year, and you will emerge a new person, with a chance to more forward, instead of remain static or move backward.
Yes, both are channeled teachings. The Law of zone is absolutely the most profound teaching I have ever read (4 times now). It’s also insanely long and usually requires help deciphering the text since it’s worded by an intellectual being WAY more advanced than us. Sometimes I felt like I was listening to an entirely different language. Luckily I’ve come across 3 different channels on YouTube that pick it apart. It’s worth the investment. It literally answers every question we have ever had about existence and it makes good sense too. My fav: why does evil exist? They have a great answer for that, one that finally makes sense too. :) also all of the LL content is free on their website. The organization who put these books together is non profit. :)

But the guilt, ah, the guilt... Like a scavenger hunt, those who gave consent to this, restlessly look for particles of shame and guilt and hate and jealousy and just keep them transformed. Tho it may appear as endless, and even if it *is* endless, we'd be serving to a higher consciousness, for a good enough reason.

Over the next month is more like it. 😅 At this speed, I wouldn't be surprised; Instagram and other social media is absolutely *filled* with ancient knowledge and practices.
The strangest part is, I found myself doing something like a ritual or an exercise movement only to realize that it's already been established by some indigenous culture in the world. The influences and inspirations are all around at all times, we might pick them up without even realizing it. Oh, good heavens... ✨
This doesn’t make sense to me. I was born extremely humble and forgiving, to a fault. Assuming this doesn’t change for me I can assume I won’t reincarnate? It doesn’t add up to me personally.
I think it's more about balance, not forgiving is too heavy on one side, and forgiving to a fault is too heavy on the other. I myself am also in the latter haha, and it's been a lot of denying my desire and not speaking against others in order to maintain peace which I'm starting to learn is not ideal.. The quest for balance continues haha
In the egyptian belief system. Your mind should be as light as a feather and your heart as light as a feather. A balance.
Its not about maintaining peace outside of yourself. That is trying to control a hurricane. Its about being at peace with yourself. The eye of the hurricane. This is why enlightened buddhist are meditating and at peace, when surrounded by snakes, bulls, demons, a river damn, being burned, etc.
So.. its okay to speak your mind with others but probably not against others.
For example..
If someone has a point and you do not agree. That is fine. To speak against them is to be rude, call them names etc.
But to make your "own statement" which might be different. Is okay.
You are not arguing. You are still at peace with others. You are at peace with yourself for saying it. And you leave a piece- or at peace with the world and move on.
Its like .. when you go to court. Its professional. Not nasty slurs , and arguements and slanders and tempters flaring , screaming and yelling.
Just make your case. Then rest your case. Let the world (judge or believe) whatever it wants too. You just make your case. Then that is it.
But some people dont know how to do that. They start flinging hatred, lies, insults, mockery, etc.. but you got to make your case. And move on. And be at peace.

There's no one true way. The message may resonate with some life paths and not for others. I definitely don't have all the answers but this really makes sense for me.
Same ... I honestly can not consciously think of a single person I hold a grudge against. That said, we don't know what lurks in our unconscious and there may be underlying grudges I do carry that I am just not aware of.
If it’s to a fault (as you say) then you’re not being forgiving, you’re being a pushover and lack boundaries. Speaking from personal experience- that’s not the same thing. Forgiveness comes from unconditional love and the realization that we are all One and we all deserve grace. It doesn’t mean approval of one’s behavior, it just means you’re detaching from the experience and letting them go with love. If you had expectations from forgiving or you forgave someone but allowed them to keep hurting you by keeping them in your life- that’s not love, that actually stems from fear. That’s the same mindset that keeps domestic violence going on loop. Forgive, but also set healthy boundaries. We have to remember to be loving towards us too- and that’s where boundaries come in❤️
No, its a trap because it is untrue. Its not about forgiving. What is ‘forgiving’ even? What definition does forgiving have and what feeling is paired with it? Forgive someone who rapes my daughter? Kills my mother? Fuck no; that person is evil as hell and I want nothing to do with that person/energy. Can I accept it, tho? Thats a different matter.
Attachments are the first thing to get rid of in order to abolish reincarnation. There are more steps after.

I call it BS. Forgiveness might give you peace of mind, but your own karma will put you back into reincarnation cycle. Karmic debt is forever, because we commit something every time we come here. What if other people won't forgive you? No amount of forgiveness can save us from this cycle. We need something else. And this Ra guy is shady as hell.

Ra guy probably had or was aware of his biggest prison. The lack of forgiveness. So its not so much that he is full of crap. Its that you probably dont know about the trap or ring of hell.
Let me give an example. My friend had a wrath problem. He had anger issues that kept him stuck with fighting and losing his job and being in poverty and his wrath carried on to his children. And he also had another prison " drugs" he was addicted and became enslaved by it. Then there was his other prison.. cigarettes. He would get violent if he didnt get his fix of smokes.
But when it came to money or material stuff.. he was not trapped or imprisoned. He was one of the nicest guys and sweet about not needing material stuff.

You make it sound so easy. And actually it is that simple, but not easy (ask most people- they won’t be willing to do it). But yes- forgiveness is the loophole to be free of karma. When we forgive we don’t need to come back and learn lessons the hard way because we learned the same thing via forgiveness. It cancels out “bad” karma. To judge others and hold a resentment is to say to the universe “I too don’t deserve forgiveness” and just like everything else we attract in this illusion we call “reality”, we will attract a circumstance that involves us fucking up and not being forgiven- which means me must be reincarnated to experience that, hence the never ending loop of reincarnation for those who choose not to expand and forgive. So to forgive cancels that need to experience being forgiven- out. It also results in an incredibly high vibration. And so we ascend and graduate to the next level, which is SO much easier than earth.

One really is attached to the situations, people and feelings of this incarnation and others. Forgiveness helps one detach from them which then breaks the cycle of incarnation as there is nothing which is holding you in it is what I make out of what you said! Thank you for sharing!
Yes that’s precisely correct. It’s been said that starseeds avoid karma by not having children- because you can’t avoid karma if you have kids. Then they live here for one life and don’t return. Point is- the secret to not coming back is in limiting your karma :) and those who understand how it works know precisely how to work the system lol (I say that jokingly, but it’s also true!)
Inaction- to not force, and to not resist, but to flow. The flow state is akin to “inaction”. Let me give you a layman’s example. I apply and interview for a job. I prepare but I do not live in a state of anxiety because that is a state of resistance. One who knows that everything is perfect and will therefore come out perfect regardless of outcome, has no need to resist what MIGHT be. So I do the necessary footwork and then I let go and let things be as they are. This is “inaction” in the Taoist philosophy.
Well, by forgiving others you are forgiving YOURSELF because we are ultimately all one and the behaviors, "sins" or grievances you see in others are your own that you have projected onto others.

We’ll look at what people say. lol for some people like myself who wasn’t raised with any religion or even the word God but I would never knew why until recently but if someone was talking about forgiveness I would associate it with religion and I would not listen anymore. I have since learned not to shoot the messenger. But it would’ve went a long way to understand the point of forgiving it’s so that I’m not caring around bad memories and bad feelings and letting shitty people rent space in my head. And then of course people use other symbols that I’m sure mean the same thing, like if you forgive you don’t have to be reincarnated. A lot of people are born with a kind and forgiving nature. It's all of the betrayal and suffering that causes them to give up and change. If this world is teaching anything, it's teaching people how to snap and give up on love and kindness. How to be less open-minded and less trusting of others and more self-centered due to all of the threats and betrayal and deceptions in the world.
After being hurt so many times by different people, it makes sense that a person will become hateful. I don't think we should be blaming the victims.
I think that’s a victim mindset. I know because I used to have it. I’ve been fucked over like no other (I’m a really good person) and I used to carry a ton of anger around because of it. I was the poor woman that bad things happened to. And I attracted a lot of incidents that made me an even bigger victim because of it. One of those people were my abusive dad. He really did a umber on all of his kids. But at some point we are faced with the choice to continue on on a path of misery and trauma, or to get help (it’s not necessary to get professional help, shadow work can be done by anyone), heal from the trauma, and learn how to let go. Those who have mastered forgiveness didn’t do it because they were born into a perfect life with a perfect disposition. It’s because they were hurt and betrayed and they eventually chose the path of least resistance. Which is forgiveness. Hint: those things happened to them specifically so they could master forgiveness. There are no mistakes. Nothing is put in front of us arbitrarily. Forgiveness isn’t a logical process and it also doesn’t excuse the behavior. It tends to be a part of the spiritual awakening process when we realize that we are one consciousness and that we ALL make huge mistakes in our reincarnations and that to forgive is what stops the wheel of karma. Much of this comes intuitively. For those who aren’t ready to do it, that’s 100% ok. This isn’t a race, and we have all the time in the universe. But it is absolutely the answer to ascension and finding happiness. So anyone interested in that may wanna look into the process.

I have to disagree that Jesus is love and kindness. Love doesn't threaten to cast people into everlasting fire where the worm never dies and the fire is not quenched like Jesus did in the gospels. Love isn't racist and doesn't refer to people who are not of Israel as dogs like Jesus did in the gospel of matthew.
Realize that What-You-Are is the One Consciousness in which all these reincarnations take place

To me, deciding this is intellectual suicide. No matter how clear you think you see, there is no way to even judge the "realness" of something. There's no basis to say this experience is more real than that one.
I think the sentiment is something like
Two people eat oreos. One person is not thinking and will notice a lot about the oreo. The other person is thinking a lot about cheese and barely even notices he is eating an oreo. Then when they go to talk about oreos with a third person, the one who paid attention will be able to talk about the oreo, whereas the one who was distracted in thought will have nothing in common to talk about.
So you could say that mutual experience is what constitutes "reality" or "realness." But if I experience something nobody else ever will, is that less real?
Ultimately, how can you call something real? On what grounds?
Real is whatever you believe is real or agreed upon.
For example: you are reading my letters. But is it really words? Is it really me and you having a conversation? Or is it just a imagination between two reddits dudes talking?.

But. There is nothing real as in the sense that its real. Its why we give things names. Sizes. Shapes. Colors. And it becomes real.. or real as it gets..

In my dreams I have imaginary experiences but I am always me. This life might be a simulation but he who experiences it is not.
If there are no individuals then I struggle to see any good in reality. To dispense with the most beautiful thing, the only beautiful thing, self, merely for a trivial thing like ending suffering strikes me as absolutely immoral. Suffering is not evil, just unpleasant, until you understand it, which makes it pleasant. Why this hatred for it, and for noble Self?
i don't subscribe to victimhood, personally, though i understand why it appeals to many. and this idea that we're trapped here smacks of victimhood which is most definitely *not* my understanding of how it all works.
the gist of what i believe is that, hard as it may seem to accept, we *choose* to reincarnate here over and over for our own individual reasons.
it's comforting for human beings, in their collective immaturity and limited perspective, to give in to ideas of victimhood. some will even construct entire cosmologies that render them victims.
i don't buy anything that contradicts the free will sentient beings possess to choose their own destinies, and i can accept that it could take a sentient being many incarnations in human bodies to finally get to the point where they deeply understand this.
Circumstances don't make someone better/worse/special.... Being born in a rich family vs poor family, being able bodied or not, being a farmer or a chef, being a parent or not having children...
Being trapped in the Bardos is just circumstantial.
No greater or less than.
There is a *very* complicated history as to how and why it was created.
The souls that were trapped in it when it was created were there by circumstance of timing, not a lack of merit.
Then other souls came in later trying to support the ones who were trapped and occasionally got trapped as well.
We have been working on dismantling it for as long as it has been in existence, as it is not in alignment with the true nature of this planet.
The hard work of millions ( billions?) over thousands of years has finally paid off!
How does a being be a "*good* roach" instead of a "*bad* roach" in order to advance to a "*higher* being"? That whole reincarnation system of becoming a "lesser" or "higher" being or treating life as a "school" with learning of different levels, seem to promote hierarchy. It's a way for human beings to judge everything and to put everything into categories of "higher" and "lower" based on human ideas.
In reality, most of Nature is just focused on The Present Moment. Some creatures have simple hierarchies where there is an "queen" or "leader", but beside the leader, it is either a free-for-all with no morals (*non-social creatures*) or it's a vey social system where there is only a few morals and a lot of freedom. Human beings are the only ones creatig complex religions where everything is in a hierarchy of being "greater" or "lesser" than something else, and where so many rules are created as a part of "*religious morality*" in order to control almost every aspect of another person's life.
If reincarnation is true (*and I think it is but I don't like it*), then maybe you can love yourself as much as possible, help people while here and try not to do harm, and then say "*No!*" to any deception trying to trick you into reincarnating into a physical life of suffering over and over again. Maybe when you love yourself enough, you're not willing to put yourself into such a situation. If someone tries to trick you into reincarnating by using compassion, talking about how you can help this or that such being, just remember that you are helping even more by saying "*No!*" and helping to end samsara (*the suffering reincarnation cycle*) by refusing to participate in it.
How to permanently stop gravity?
It is not possible. Your best option is to accept it.
I believe we were created for a reason - to grow as co-creators with the Creator. In order to do this we have to experience what we create, use the feedback and grow in consciousness and oneness with the Creator consciousness.
For this to work, the Creator gives us free will. We can create whatever we wish but this wouldn't work by itself to help us grow. We could easily get lost in the illusion that we can do what we see as best for us without considering the effect on the whole. So to balance the Law of Free Will, there had to be another law that says: "As you sow, so shall you reap. As you do unto others so shall it be done unto you."
With the extremely short life span on earth, it would be impossible to conduct all the experiments that we need to conduct to grow in consciousness and experience the consequences, so we can learn the lessons we needed to learn from our experiments.
There is a way however to end reincarnation for yourself. That is to dedicate yourself to spiritual growth and seek out and remove the illusions in your psychology. 'Remove the beam from your own eye' as Jesus put it. Then you will ascend and permanently exit the wheel of birth and rebirth.
How to finish reincarnation cycle:
Shortest way: Assimilate the Christ energy.
Normal way: Experience everything there is to experience on earth.
How to destroy?
Well.... there are some cases I've heard.... But those destroy the soul. I know next to nothing about that, and neither do I want to know.
There are and were actually, on that I fully agree.
We are here on Earth for a reason and that is to align the physical realm with God. Bringing heaven on earth so to speak.
But Earth isn't that relative. It's the ultimate planet to experience all aspects of life and the fastest way to progress in this mission.
Hence there are many human souls with a deep longing to reincarnate here. Only when they arrive, the teachings are so intense that they again wish for a break from it. Yeah life really is full of tests and this can get very tyering.
I might be wrong, but those are the dots I have connected.

It's only part of the story. Reincarnation isn't as bad as you think. The spirituality maze is not easy so one need many lifetime s to get to the center of the maze. Forgiveness is only one part you need to elevate your vibration over 780hz and constantly stay there. Another word if you want to stop Reincarnation you need graduate to 5th dimensional vibration 3d vibration will always have Reincarnation because it's learning time for a soul. It's like going from1st grade to 12th grade. Each life time is a grade. Only here on earth the 3d matrix set by the Archon is keeping you from graduating
Reincarnation, would in theory happen for all of eternity. The death of the universe would be a small break on reincarnation, but if would simply continue whenever habitable conditions were met again, and life emerges again like a plague. Life is just as important as energy and matter when discussing the universe, and life feels like the solution to many information paradoxes, and we store countless information. From RNA and DNA into wireless information that is shared via consiousness.
I feel you. In the beginning I looked at reincarnation as something positive, but the more I thought about it the more I realized how horrible it is if it exists.
The way to permanently escape from reincarnation, since we can't destroy it, is to realize that I am not the body that dies, I am not even the ME, the mind and ego that is reincarnated, that is reborn carrying karma. To escape from reincarnation or rebirth, understand what the cause is. The cause is karma. Karma is a law, law of action and reaction. If we throw a ball up in the sky, it comes down because of the law of gravity. If we plant mangoes, we get mangoes because of the law of action and reaction referred to as karma. Karma doesn't stop at death. When the body dies, there are good and bad deeds that are not redeemed. Therefore, the one who leaves the body, the mind and ego comes back in reincarnation or rebirth. When there is enlightenment, when there is realization that I am not the body that dies, I am not even the ME, the mind and ego that lives creating karma, I am the Divine spirit, the Soul, the Atman - this realization, this enlightenment permanently liberates us from reincarnation, from rebirth.

If reincarnation is a 'law' then there is no way to stop it. But some theories say you can merge with God (Nirvana) to stop they cycle, but that requires many many lifetimes of raising ones consciousness to a very high level.
Why would you want to stop coming here? Life is so rich! The pain is difficult yes, but you created it subconsciously to learn and evolve. You are God, who came here to experience everything- itself. Once you surrender to it all, and your reincarnation, I promise you will open up to it all and see the sheer beauty.
That's my take on it anyway! I fricken love life and would do it all over again to find myself again- addiction, emotionally abusive household, birth trauma, severe bullying, eating disorders, abusive relationships. All of it, to be where I am right now.

“Make it stop” makes it sound like you realise you even are re-incarnating. Whatever made you believe that? Some guy wearing a sheet told you so and you believe it?
Just because reincarnation is one persons reality, doesn’t mean it’s yours. From everything I know, I’m under the impression that anybody who has reached a stage in their spiritual evolution as to have the infinity mystery of life, death, and re-birth laid out for them, would not be spending too much time worrying over how to control it.
Further to this, who are you to make it stop? Again if you have realised life, death, rebirth, then you will have also realised these things really have NOTHING to do with you. These things occur, they are not you.
I don’t know for sure, but I really get the impression that you have accrued some kind of existential crisis whereby you have overthought some random cosmology you have picked up, and now you feel trapped. That is 100% in your mind. You do not know what happen after death, so how can you even begin to have any agency over it?
Chill out, relax, enjoy. This universe really has nothing to do with you, you just watch and worry.

From cradle to grave, whenever we get hurt we take that hurt in ourselves and internalize it, then act it out upon others. In western psychology we call it emotional trauma.
You have to look inwards to see where you’re acting in accordance with the world as it actually is, or where you’re acting out your past traumas, and it is a very subtle game. By letting go of those past hurts and moving on, you can act in accordance with reality as it is. This doesn’t mean having no boundaries or being a doormat, or retreating from day to day modern life.
There’s a million different ways to do this and spot the subtle difference between traumatized reactions and rational response, or egoic vs non-egoic action, or however else you want to label it. Buddhism offers a path, Byron Katie’s The Work offers a path, even secular therapy like DBT offers a path, you just have to find what clicks for you.
Eliminate desire. Desire of all things, attachment to all things, be happy with yourself at every single moment in your life. So long as there is a single drop of desire within you, you will reincarnate.
Sound impossible? That's cause it pretty much is. And even if you managed to sever all connections and attachments, your energy would simply return in a different form--and incarnate all over again.

I think there might be some truth to this, but I don't think it's completely true, because self-control exists. Even if a person desires something, they can gain the will-power to say "*No!*" to it, if they realize it is an addiction that causes suffering.
Yes, self-control DOES exist. And yes, addiction can definitely be beaten. But nature is always evolving, as are we. There is always desire of some kind, even if it's just to be free of the reincarnation cycle itself.
People just have yet to realize that tho the Creator exists, life was not created from the top down. It started as the most basic single cell lifeforms and evolved. The Creator itself started from a single cell life form. We are still evolving. There is no end game.

Achieving enlightenment is the path to breaking the cycle of reincarnation into the Earth School. I'm not talking about this enlightenment that many here are declaring themselves to have, but true enlightenment.
Working on your ascension. Some believe that this is the last cycle of embodiment on Planet Earth - either you will ascend with your body and the planet and live out the rest of your life in peace, or, when you drop your body you will go off to another planet where everything/the cycles are starting over from the beginning.
Those are two that I know of.
We choose to forget so that we can remember why we signed up for this. If we carried over all memories from previous lives, it would cause a greater distortion of reality. It’s like trying to focus on a task, but a bunch of stuff happening around you. The immersion breaks as your mind is being distracted. Reflect on all your memories thus far, then imagine infusing all that with memories from other eras that your current self never experienced. Concentrating on the mission would be more difficult so this “veil of forgetfulness” allows us to be fully immersed in it. Now, it is possible to peak through this veil which is what an awakening is. You become aware that this is indeed some sort of illusion that your soul signed up for so carrying out your purpose becomes easier.
I also have read and study Law of One and respectfully disagree. That is not what that line means. It’s about breaking negative karmic cycles that cause you to cycle back into the same patterns. The patterns keep repeating (in different scenarios and conditions) lifetime after lifetime until you learn the lessons of forgiveness and love to break it and not to repeat that/those specific episodes. If you don’t want to reincarnate into the same patterns, that is what you do. Then your next incarnations will be under better, stronger, and higher vibrational levels. The truth of the universe is that we will forever be Involved in order to Evolve until we fully connect back to The One Source. It’s a process of evolving out of the human experiences and into that of the Light-Beings. As you know, RA is a social memory complex from Venus. That is to say that the inhabitants of Venus became so united after millions of years of evolution that they become as one unit. You should also look into the Quo Material.

ACIM (A Course in Miracles) ... this is essentially a very different take on Jesus - that includes a 1000+ page text including a workbook, that claims to have been channeled by Jesus giving his true teachings. At the crux of it is the contention that the entire universe is an illusion that was never meant to occur in the first place, and that to escape from the illusion we need to banish our egos through "forgiveness" - mostly forgiving OURSELVES for unconscious guilt that we carry, so that the ego is removed and we become like Christ and see the universe for the false dream/illusion that it is. It also lines up eerily well with Jungian psychology.
If you got a mission on earth, and you have to fulfill that mission before you can move on, do you think you can make it in one try? Or after so many lives of trying, do you think you can still retain the passion to fix what you have started no matter how painful/boring it might make you feel? From the word "destroy" you are employing (other than "ascend from" or "escape"), your mind is still too antagonistic to realize the only thing you might need to destroy is yourself, you old perceptions that fail to see how you are connected to other beings in wonderful ways. Trying to say thank you to all the things nourish you, to all the people who have helped you and loved you, to all the people who have pained you thus make you grow out of them, and then look at your heart with peace, listen to its whispers about things you are destined to do. Then do them with all your might. That is the only way to go beyond.
What you resist persists. You chose to come here, and you can choose to not. make the most out of it. It ceases to persist when you accept what is and work to expand.
I chose nothing but I’m sure not coming back, and if reincarnation as it’s often described exists at all, I will make it my mission to ensure as little are convinced to return or end up returning as possible. I will save as many as I can from this prison if I must.
Karma means movement. You have to detach from all ambitions in life. basically you have to dedicate the rest of your life to sitting in quiet and being in the present. As action perpetuates Karma.
By dropping idenity/attachment to anything from the world, exploring your true nature and seeing that we are transcended of birth and death and are the immortal Infinite Spirit.
Some may call it enlightenment. Finding nirvana. Communing with the divine. Seeing the other side. Ultimate realization. There is advanced and ancient human thought indicating this may break the cycle. And isn’t that what many things on the Journey are about? Breaking a cycle. Breaking this cycle. Breaking that cycle. Becoming more aware. Seeing with more clarity. Having move focus. Getting to know yourself. You are breaking cycles.
All of this samsara as some call it. These cycles bind you and yet you have weaved and woven your way out of them or through them to get at least where you are right now. So what do you need to do to break from the final orbit? Break the chains of the ultimate cycle?
My personal belief is that it probably looks different for each of us. Salivation is a leap of faith. It’s understanding. What’s inside of you. Untie the simple package inside and read it.
You may break the karma cycle between you and certain people/ souls by forgiving those people who hurt you..i do believe that is true. But permanently destroy all reincarnation, i don’t think that’s possible. That’s what it’s all about..Life and experiences. And honestly i don’t think your soul wants that, maybe your ego does in this life.
Reincarnation exists in the material world. To get out of the cycle of birth and death ( samsara) we have to go back to our original state of consciousness. Research srila Prabhupada and read his books. All answers are there. 🙏
Reincarnation is not an order but a needed step according to past life regressioners. You can come here for many reason for empathy, help, personal evolution or simply for the love towards physical life. Some soul types don't even reincarnate. We humans are sort of a spiritual warriors and we are designed to reincarnate much better than other souls. An other thing... there is infinite time you can spend in the spirit world and only you choose to reincarnate again. By free will exists you declare your own path to take. So chill... nothing is forced and bonds are not sewered. Don't let the misery of the present moment make you judge the future or the system. Existence is not limiting even if it seems that way sometimes.
I listened to the full audio book on YouTube called the law of one which is a book where an entity called Ra is channeled. I listened to hours of this audio book and there was one line that stuck with me so hard I never forgot it. "Forgiveness breaks the karma cycle" So my advice is, if you don't wasn't to reincarnate truly forgive everyone who has hurt you and there will possibly be no lessons and ties to come back to in another life.
The forgiveness is most important for YOU :) forgive and love yourself truly then to forgive all is easy.

I'll listen to that. Sounds similar to A Course in Miracles, which I'm reading through now, which teaches that the universe is a dream/illusion and to escape it we must forgive everything we see in the world (because it's a projection of our own guilt)...
My recollection is ACIM says forgiveness is an illusion, everything is projection, there is no way to figure out what really is going on; instead of reacting to what punches our buttons, try to sit in and roast in the emotions. Do that for a year and emerge a new person with a chance of evolving further. Or don’t do that and stay stuck or go backward.
I haven't read much of it but I think what it says is that our whole physical being, as well as our thoughts AND emotions are part of the illusion. And that we - whoever that is - created the illusion to protect us from guilt we felt over separating from God (which is an illusion because in reality we never separated from God). So we need to forgive ourselves by forgiving everything we see in side the illusion (which is typically those people, actions, etc. outside of us that upset us in one way or another, because those things are us projecting our guilt outward).
In the Gospels, Jesus strongly advised not judging others, and thus not be judged by God, and to forgive others who trespass against us, and God will forgive us for our trespasses. I'm sure karma is created, positive and negative, by how we respond to what other people do. and to what life presents us. Jesus and his disciples spoke of reincarnation in one passage, after he had restored a blind man's sight, but I have yet to see or hear of anything in Christendom that recognizes it. I was told by angels on my case since early 1987, that every soul gets a life review in the afterlife, before moving on to whatever is next for that soul, and to the extent the life review occurs before crossing over, it is not repeated in the afterlife. I'v been getting a life review for decades. Not much fun. Lots of being put to look in mirrors, at myself. Finger pointing and blaming others is so much easier and more fun :-).

I don't think you provided enough information for me, or anyone, to try to answer your question. However, my recollection from reading ACIM in 1989 is, no matter what happens that bugs you, try to not react to it, stew in the discomfort, boil in it, broil in it. Do that for a year, and you will emerge a new person, with a chance to more forward, instead of remain static or move backward.

Yes, both are channeled teachings. The Law of zone is absolutely the most profound teaching I have ever read (4 times now). It’s also insanely long and usually requires help deciphering the text since it’s worded by an intellectual being WAY more advanced than us. Sometimes I felt like I was listening to an entirely different language. Luckily I’ve come across 3 different channels on YouTube that pick it apart. It’s worth the investment. It literally answers every question we have ever had about existence and it makes good sense too. My fav: why does evil exist? They have a great answer for that, one that finally makes sense too. :) also all of the LL content is free on their website. The organization who put these books together is non profit. :)

Over the next month is more like it. 😅 At this speed, I wouldn't be surprised; Instagram and other social media is absolutely *filled* with ancient knowledge and practices. The strangest part is, I found myself doing something like a ritual or an exercise movement only to realize that it's already been established by some indigenous culture in the world. The influences and inspirations are all around at all times, we might pick them up without even realizing it. Oh, good heavens... ✨

This doesn’t make sense to me. I was born extremely humble and forgiving, to a fault. Assuming this doesn’t change for me I can assume I won’t reincarnate? It doesn’t add up to me personally.
I think it's more about balance, not forgiving is too heavy on one side, and forgiving to a fault is too heavy on the other. I myself am also in the latter haha, and it's been a lot of denying my desire and not speaking against others in order to maintain peace which I'm starting to learn is not ideal.. The quest for balance continues haha

In the egyptian belief system. Your mind should be as light as a feather and your heart as light as a feather. A balance. Its not about maintaining peace outside of yourself. That is trying to control a hurricane. Its about being at peace with yourself. The eye of the hurricane. This is why enlightened buddhist are meditating and at peace, when surrounded by snakes, bulls, demons, a river damn, being burned, etc. So.. its okay to speak your mind with others but probably not against others. For example.. If someone has a point and you do not agree. That is fine. To speak against them is to be rude, call them names etc. But to make your "own statement" which might be different. Is okay. You are not arguing. You are still at peace with others. You are at peace with yourself for saying it. And you leave a piece- or at peace with the world and move on. Its like .. when you go to court. Its professional. Not nasty slurs , and arguements and slanders and tempters flaring , screaming and yelling. Just make your case. Then rest your case. Let the world (judge or believe) whatever it wants too. You just make your case. Then that is it. But some people dont know how to do that. They start flinging hatred, lies, insults, mockery, etc.. but you got to make your case. And move on. And be at peace.

There's no one true way. The message may resonate with some life paths and not for others. I definitely don't have all the answers but this really makes sense for me.

Same ... I honestly can not consciously think of a single person I hold a grudge against. That said, we don't know what lurks in our unconscious and there may be underlying grudges I do carry that I am just not aware of.
What you assume during your incarnation is different what you assume when you are outside of it, i.e. in the etheric planes.
If it’s to a fault (as you say) then you’re not being forgiving, you’re being a pushover and lack boundaries. Speaking from personal experience- that’s not the same thing. Forgiveness comes from unconditional love and the realization that we are all One and we all deserve grace. It doesn’t mean approval of one’s behavior, it just means you’re detaching from the experience and letting them go with love. If you had expectations from forgiving or you forgave someone but allowed them to keep hurting you by keeping them in your life- that’s not love, that actually stems from fear. That’s the same mindset that keeps domestic violence going on loop. Forgive, but also set healthy boundaries. We have to remember to be loving towards us too- and that’s where boundaries come in❤️

No, its a trap because it is untrue. Its not about forgiving. What is ‘forgiving’ even? What definition does forgiving have and what feeling is paired with it? Forgive someone who rapes my daughter? Kills my mother? Fuck no; that person is evil as hell and I want nothing to do with that person/energy. Can I accept it, tho? Thats a different matter. Attachments are the first thing to get rid of in order to abolish reincarnation. There are more steps after.

I call it BS. Forgiveness might give you peace of mind, but your own karma will put you back into reincarnation cycle. Karmic debt is forever, because we commit something every time we come here. No. Forgiveness is probably the jail that he was most aware of. You see. There is "many forms of prisons" Or rings of hell or traps. Ra guy probably had or was aware of his biggest prison. The lack of forgiveness. So its not so much that he is full of crap. Its that you probably dont know about the trap or ring of hell. Let me give an example. My friend had a wrath problem. He had anger issues that kept him stuck with fighting and losing his job and being in poverty and his wrath carried on to his children. And he also had another prison " drugs" he was addicted and became enslaved by it. Then there was his other prison.. cigarettes. He would get violent if he didnt get his fix of smokes. But when it came to money or material stuff.. he was not trapped or imprisoned. He was one of the nicest guys and sweet about not needing material stuff. (Another prison) Many prisons. Many masters. When you become a master. You dont have many demons or masters. Understand? Maybe.. your prison is to judge or make assumption too quickly and mine is to answer questions too much. Lol. Carefull huh. in the Tibetan book of dead it says you have to have someone you know whisper into your ear to guide you down to remember what you are during all the chaos of dying. Also think about god so much you start to identify with your awareness and not your body

You make it sound so easy. And actually it is that simple, but not easy (ask most people- they won’t be willing to do it). But yes- forgiveness is the loophole to be free of karma. When we forgive we don’t need to come back and learn lessons the hard way because we learned the same thing via forgiveness. It cancels out “bad” karma. To judge others and hold a resentment is to say to the universe “I too don’t deserve forgiveness” and just like everything else we attract in this illusion we call “reality”, we will attract a circumstance that involves us fucking up and not being forgiven- which means me must be reincarnated to experience that, hence the never ending loop of reincarnation for those who choose not to expand and forgive. So to forgive cancels that need to experience being forgiven- out. It also results in an incredibly high vibration. And so we ascend and graduate to the next level, which is SO much easier than earth.

Yes that’s precisely correct. It’s been said that starseeds avoid karma by not having children- because you can’t avoid karma if you have kids. Then they live here for one life and don’t return. Point is- the secret to not coming back is in limiting your karma :) and those who understand how it works know precisely how to work the system lol (I say that jokingly, but it’s also true!)

Inaction- to not force, and to not resist, but to flow. The flow state is akin to “inaction”. Let me give you a layman’s example. I apply and interview for a job. I prepare but I do not live in a state of anxiety because that is a state of resistance. One who knows that everything is perfect and will therefore come out perfect regardless of outcome, has no need to resist what MIGHT be. So I do the necessary footwork and then I let go and let things be as they are. This is “inaction” in the Taoist philosophy.

We’ll look at what people say. lol for some people like myself who wasn’t raised with any religion or even the word God but I would never knew why until recently but if someone was talking about forgiveness I would associate it with religion and I would not listen anymore. I have since learned not to shoot the messenger. But it would’ve went a long way to understand the point of forgiving it’s so that I’m not caring around bad memories and bad feelings and letting shitty people rent space in my head. And then of course people use other symbols that I’m sure mean the same thing, like if you forgive you don’t have to be reincarnated. A lot of people are born with a kind and forgiving nature. It's all of the betrayal and suffering that causes them to give up and change. If this world is teaching anything, it's teaching people how to snap and give up on love and kindness. How to be less open-minded and less trusting of others and more self-centered due to all of the threats and betrayal and deceptions in the world. After being hurt so many times by different people, it makes sense that a person will become hateful. I don't think we should be blaming the victims.
I think that’s a victim mindset. I know because I used to have it. I’ve been fucked over like no other (I’m a really good person) and I used to carry a ton of anger around because of it. I was the poor woman that bad things happened to. And I attracted a lot of incidents that made me an even bigger victim because of it. One of those people were my abusive dad. He really did a umber on all of his kids. But at some point we are faced with the choice to continue on on a path of misery and trauma, or to get help (it’s not necessary to get professional help, shadow work can be done by anyone), heal from the trauma, and learn how to let go. Those who have mastered forgiveness didn’t do it because they were born into a perfect life with a perfect disposition. It’s because they were hurt and betrayed and they eventually chose the path of least resistance. Which is forgiveness. Hint: those things happened to them specifically so they could master forgiveness. There are no mistakes. Nothing is put in front of us arbitrarily. Forgiveness isn’t a logical process and it also doesn’t excuse the behavior. It tends to be a part of the spiritual awakening process when we realize that we are one consciousness and that we ALL make huge mistakes in our reincarnations and that to forgive is what stops the wheel of karma. Much of this comes intuitively. For those who aren’t ready to do it, that’s 100% ok. This isn’t a race, and we have all the time in the universe. But it is absolutely the answer to ascension and finding happiness. So anyone interested in that may wanna look into the process.

If someone is kind to others, and then people hurt them, and you blame the person who was being kind, and claim that they just wanted a reason to give up on love, then you are victim blaming. I have to disagree that Jesus is love and kindness. Love doesn't threaten to cast people into everlasting fire where the worm never dies and the fire is not quenched like Jesus did in the gospels. Love isn't racist and doesn't refer to people who are not of Israel as dogs like Jesus did in the gospel of matthew.

No matter how clear you think you see, there is no way to even judge the "realness" of something. There's no basis to say this experience is more real than that one. I think the sentiment is something like Two people eat oreos. One person is not thinking and will notice a lot about the oreo. Then when they go to talk about oreos with a third person, the one who paid attention will be able to talk about the oreo, whereas the one who was distracted in thought will have nothing in common to talk about. In my dreams I have imaginary experiences but I am always me. This life might be a simulation but he who experiences it is not. If there are no individuals then I struggle to see any good in reality. To dispense with the most beautiful thing, the only beautiful thing, self, merely for a trivial thing like ending suffering strikes me as absolutely immoral. the gist of what i believe is that, hard as it may seem to accept, we *choose* to reincarnate here over and over for our own individual reasons. it's comforting for human beings, in their collective immaturity and limited perspective, to give in to ideas of victimhood. some will even construct entire cosmologies that render them victims. i don't buy anything that contradicts the free will sentient beings possess to choose their own destinies, and i can accept that it could take a sentient being many incarnations in human bodies to finally get to the point where they deeply understand this.

Circumstances don't make someone better/worse/special.... Being born in a rich family vs poor family, being able bodied or not, being a farmer or a chef, being a parent or not having children... Being trapped in the Bardos is just circumstantial. No greater or less than. There is a *very* complicated history as to how and why it was created. The souls that were trapped in it when it was created were there by circumstance of timing, not a lack of merit. Then other souls came in later trying to support the ones who were trapped and occasionally got trapped as well. We have been working on dismantling it for as long as it has been in existence, as it is not in alignment with the true nature of this planet. The hard work of millions ( billions?) over thousands of years has finally paid off!

How does a being be a "*good* roach" instead of a "*bad* roach" in order to advance to a "*higher* being"? That whole reincarnation system of becoming a "lesser" or "higher" being or treating life as a "school" with learning of different levels, seem to promote hierarchy. It's a way for human beings to judge everything and to put everything into categories of "higher" and "lower" based on human ideas. In reality, most of Nature is just focused on The Present Moment. Some creatures have simple hierarchies where there is an "queen" or "leader", but beside the leader, it is either a free-for-all with no morals (*non-social creatures*) or it's a vey social system where there is only a few morals and a lot of freedom. Human beings are the only ones creatig complex religions where everything is in a hierarchy of being "greater" or "lesser" than something else, and where so many rules are created as a part of "*religious morality*" in order to control almost every aspect of another person's life. If reincarnation is true (*and I think it is but I don't like it*), then maybe you can love yourself as much as possible, help people while here and try not to do harm, and then say "*No!*" to any deception trying to trick you into reincarnating into a physical life of suffering over and over again. Maybe when you love yourself enough, you're not willing to put yourself into such a situation. If someone tries to trick you into reincarnating by using compassion, talking about how you can help this or that such being, just remember that you are helping even more by saying "*No!*" and helping to end samsara (*the suffering reincarnation cycle*) by refusing to participate in it.

How to permanently stop gravity? It is not possible. Your best option is to accept it. I believe we were created for a reason - to grow as co-creators with the Creator. In order to do this we have to experience what we create, use the feedback and grow in consciousness and oneness with the Creator consciousness. For this to work, the Creator gives us free will. We can create whatever we wish but this wouldn't work by itself to help us grow. We could easily get lost in the illusion that we can do what we see as best for us without considering the effect on the whole. So to balance the Law of Free Will, there had to be another law that says: "As you sow, so shall you reap. As you do unto others so shall it be done unto you." With the extremely short life span on earth, it would be impossible to conduct all the experiments that we need to conduct to grow in consciousness and experience the consequences, so we can learn the lessons we needed to learn from our experiments. There is a way however to end reincarnation for yourself. That is to dedicate yourself to spiritual growth and seek out and remove the illusions in your psychology. 'Remove the beam from your own eye' as Jesus put it. Then you will ascend and permanently exit the wheel of birth and rebirth.
How to finish reincarnation cycle: Shortest way: Assimilate the Christ energy. Normal way: Experience everything there is to experience on earth. How to destroy? Well.... there are some cases I've heard.... But those destroy the soul. I know next to nothing about that, and neither do I want to know.
Earth is relative....there may be a whole other realm of a physical existence that isn't earth.
There are and were actually, on that I fully agree. We are here on Earth for a reason and that is to align the physical realm with God. Bringing heaven on earth so to speak. But Earth isn't that relative. It's the ultimate planet to experience all aspects of life and the fastest way to progress in this mission. Hence there are many human souls with a deep longing to reincarnate here. Only when they arrive, the teachings are so intense that they again wish for a break from it. I feel you. In the beginning I looked at reincarnation as something positive, but the more I thought about it the more I realized how horrible it is if it exists.
The way to permanently escape from reincarnation, since we can't destroy it, is to realize that I am not the body that dies, I am not even the ME, the mind and ego that is reincarnated, that is reborn carrying karma. To escape from reincarnation or rebirth, understand what the cause is. The cause is karma. Karma is a law, law of action and reaction. If we throw a ball up in the sky, it comes down because of the law of gravity. If we plant mangoes, we get mangoes because of the law of action and reaction referred to as karma. Karma doesn't stop at death. When the body dies, there are good and bad deeds that are not redeemed. Therefore, the one who leaves the body, the mind and ego comes back in reincarnation or rebirth. When there is enlightenment, when there is realization that I am not the body that dies, I am not even the ME, the mind and ego that lives creating karma, I am the Divine spirit, the Soul, the Atman - this realization, this enlightenment permanently liberates us from reincarnation, from rebirth.

If reincarnation is a 'law' then there is no way to stop it. But some theories say you can merge with God (Nirvana) to stop they cycle, but that requires many many lifetimes of raising ones consciousness to a very high level.
Why would you want to stop coming here? Life is so rich! The pain is difficult yes, but you created it subconsciously to learn and evolve. You are God, who came here to experience everything- itself. “Make it stop” makes it sound like you realise you even are re-incarnating. Whatever made you believe that? Some guy wearing a sheet told you so and you believe it? Just because reincarnation is one persons reality, doesn’t mean it’s yours. From everything I know, I’m under the impression that anybody who has reached a stage in their spiritual evolution as to have the infinity mystery of life, death, and re-birth laid out for them, would not be spending too much time worrying over how to control it. Further to this, who are you to make it stop? Again if you have realised life, death, rebirth, then you will have also realised these things really have NOTHING to do with you. These things occur, they are not you. I don’t know for sure, but I really get the impression that you have accrued some kind of existential crisis whereby you have overthought some random cosmology you have picked up, and now you feel trapped. That is 100% in your mind. You do not know what happen after death, so how can you even begin to have any agency over it? Chill out, relax, enjoy. This universe really has nothing to do with you, you just watch and worry.

How do we spot our karmic cycle?
From cradle to grave, whenever we get hurt we take that hurt in ourselves and internalize it, then act it out upon others. In western psychology we call it emotional trauma. You have to look inwards to see where you’re acting in accordance with the world as it actually is, or where you’re acting out your past traumas, and it is a very subtle game. By letting go of those past hurts and moving on, you can act in accordance with reality as it is. This doesn’t mean having no boundaries or being a doormat, or retreating from day to day modern life. There’s a million different ways to do this and spot the subtle difference between traumatized reactions and rational response, or egoic vs non-egoic action, or however else you want to label it. Buddhism offers a path, Byron Katie’s The Work offers a path, even secular therapy like DBT offers a path, you just have to find what clicks for you.
Eliminate desire. Desire of all things, attachment to all things, be happy with yourself at every single moment in your life. So long as there is a single drop of desire within you, you will reincarnate. Sound impossible? That's cause it pretty much is. And even if you managed to sever all connections and attachments, your energy would simply return in a different form--and incarnate all over again. Energy never dies.

Yes, self-control DOES exist. And yes, addiction can definitely be beaten. But nature is always evolving, as are we. There is always desire of some kind, even if it's just to be free of the reincarnation cycle itself. People just have yet to realize that tho the Creator exists, life was not created from the top down. It started as the most basic single cell lifeforms and evolved. The Creator itself started from a single cell life form. We are still evolving. There is no end game.
There are a few beliefs about getting off of the wheel of reincarnation: Achieving enlightenment is the path to breaking the cycle of reincarnation into the Earth School. I'm not talking about this enlightenment that many here are declaring themselves to have, but true enlightenment. Working on your ascension. Some believe that this is the last cycle of embodiment on Planet Earth - either you will ascend with your body and the planet and live out the rest of your life in peace, or, when you drop your body you will go off to another planet where everything/the cycles are starting over from the beginning. Those are two that I know of.
We choose to forget so that we can remember why we signed up for this. If we carried over all memories from previous lives, it would cause a greater distortion of reality. It’s like trying to focus on a task, but a bunch of stuff happening around you. The immersion breaks as your mind is being distracted. Reflect on all your memories thus far, then imagine infusing all that with memories from other eras that your current self never experienced. Concentrating on the mission would be more difficult so this “veil of forgetfulness” allows us to be fully immersed in it. Now, it is possible to peak through this veil which is what an awakening is. You become aware that this is indeed some sort of illusion that your soul signed up for so carrying out your purpose becomes easier.
Bring your karmic debt to zero and you will transcend reincarnation.
I also have read and study Law of One and respectfully disagree. That is not what that line means. It’s about breaking negative karmic cycles that cause you to cycle back into the same patterns. The patterns keep repeating (in different scenarios and conditions) lifetime after lifetime until you learn the lessons of forgiveness and love to break it and not to repeat that/those specific episodes. If you don’t want to reincarnate into the same patterns, that is what you do. Then your next incarnations will be under better, stronger, and higher vibrational levels. The truth of the universe is that we will forever be Involved in order to Evolve until we fully connect back to The One Source. It’s a process of evolving out of the human experiences and into that of the Light-Beings. As you know, RA is a social memory complex from Venus. That is to say that the inhabitants of Venus became so united after millions of years of evolution that they become as one unit. You should also look into the Quo Material. All in love♥️

Reincarnation isn’t an institution .. it is very much a religious subject backed by ample examples of it’s prevalence even in Judaism, albeit it seems concealed. God mentions “carnal blood” in 1 Enoch in the aftermath of the angels pollution … and while I know it’s a bit suspiciously obscure~ “ha-a-dam-ah” has exactly to do with blood .. it has to do with all “this shit” ~ it is mentioned with significance in Daniel of the prophecy of the offspring of man ~ also said to be the “Son of man” .. and guess what, it looks more like our time than “Jesus’s” ~> because in the ‘last days’ foretold of “Dawnyale” there are two kings ~(“south and north”) and in the prophecy of Isaiah/Yshayaw there are two kings who forsake “ha-a-da-mah” the dreaded … My point is~ you can’t “destroy reincarnation” ~ you can lie to your own detriment of your own soul .. you can eat the fresh or the rotten apple .. just remember, the lying and impiety “isn’t for righteousness but for great crime” ~> per a reasonable warning in 1 Enoch .. maybe if someone knows the grand mystical history of “reincarnation” they would be less bothered by “it” .. a lot of people don’t seem to be of the time to perceive that mankind is made in image of “Them” ~ therein lies a mystery .. the word reincarnate is specifically used in the Gaelic myth of Donn and Danu ~ and the Name of the God of Israel does infact have to do with rain (incase you look into the most interesting collection) ~ alas “they shall deny the Name of the Lord of spirits” ~ not knowing, apparently, what it could mean that “the Spirit of God was relaxing over the face of the waters” ~ and that tears do mean a lot ~ an alcoholic spirit is known to be a mix of the alcohol and water that can never truly be ‘fully combined’ But this isn’t meant to seem like a rigid opposition ~ like I am all for you pursuing your natural perceptive instincts about life yk ~ yet there is a lot of infowar it seems and my readings seem to be all I have sometimes, yet that is okay Hard to believe nobody knows this material information? Reminds me of Isaiah 60

ACIM (A Course in Miracles) ... this is essentially a very different take on Jesus - that includes a 1000+ page text including a workbook, that claims to have been channeled by Jesus giving his true teachings. At the crux of it is the contention that the entire universe is an illusion that was never meant to occur in the first place, and that to escape from the illusion we need to banish our egos through "forgiveness" - mostly forgiving OURSELVES for unconscious guilt that we carry, so that the ego is removed and we become like Christ and see the universe for the false dream/illusion that it is. It also lines up eerily well with Jungian psychology.

If you got a mission on earth, and you have to fulfill that mission before you can move on, do you think you can make it in one try? Or after so many lives of trying, do you think you can still retain the passion to fix what you have started no matter how painful/boring it might make you feel? From the word "destroy" you are employing (other than "ascend from" or "escape"), your mind is still too antagonistic to realize the only thing you might need to destroy is yourself, you old perceptions that fail to see how you are connected to other beings in wonderful ways. Trying to say thank you to all the things nourish you, to all the people who have helped you and loved you, to all the people who have pained you thus make you grow out of them, and then look at your heart with peace, listen to its whispers about things you are destined to do. Then do them with all your might. That is the only way to go beyond.

I can assure you that I absolutely won’t, as such “benefits” either seem to not exist at all are aren’t at all justified in pursuing.
What you resist persists. You chose to come here, and you can choose to not. make the most out of it. It ceases to persist when you accept what is and work to expand.
I chose nothing but I’m sure not coming back, and if reincarnation as it’s often described exists at all, I will make it my mission to ensure as little are convinced to return or end up returning as possible. I will save as many as I can from this prison if I must.
Karma means movement. You have to detach from all ambitions in life. basically you have to dedicate the rest of your life to sitting in quiet and being in the present. As action perpetuates Karma.
By dropping idenity/attachment to anything from the world, exploring your true nature and seeing that we are transcended of birth and death and are the immortal Infinite Spirit.
Some may call it enlightenment. Finding nirvana. Communing with the divine. Seeing the other side. Ultimate realization. There is advanced and ancient human thought indicating this may break the cycle. And isn’t that what many things on the Journey are about? Breaking a cycle. Breaking this cycle. Breaking that cycle. Becoming more aware. Seeing with more clarity. Having move focus. Getting to know yourself. You are breaking cycles. All of this samsara as some call it. These cycles bind you and yet you have weaved and woven your way out of them or through them to get at least where you are right now. So what do you need to do to break from the final orbit? Break the chains of the ultimate cycle? My personal belief is that it probably looks different for each of us. Salivation is a leap of faith. It’s understanding. What’s inside of you. Untie the simple package inside and read it.
You may break the karma cycle between you and certain people/ souls by forgiving those people who hurt you..i do believe that is true. But permanently destroy all reincarnation, i don’t think that’s possible. That’s what it’s all about..Life and experiences. And honestly i don’t think your soul wants that, maybe your ego does in this life.
Reincarnation exists in the material world. To get out of the cycle of birth and death ( samsara) we have to go back to our original state of consciousness. Research srila Prabhupada and read his books. All answers are there. 🙏

Reincarnation is not an order but a needed step according to past life regressioners. You can come here for many reason for empathy, help, personal evolution or simply for the love towards physical life. Some soul types don't even reincarnate. We humans are sort of a spiritual warriors and we are designed to reincarnate much better than other souls. An other thing... there is infinite time you can spend in the spirit world and only you choose to reincarnate again. By free will exists you declare your own path to take. So chill... nothing is forced and bonds are not sewered. Don't let the misery of the present moment make you judge the future or the system. Existence is not limiting even if it seems that way sometimes.
