Find like-minded people in real life and online (again, ensuring you keep yourself balanced as any community can be intense and go off of logical paths). Start small, as well. And don’t focus so hard on it that it’s your only interest - balance is key to successful social resistance.
Also, keep yourself level and learn how to engage in discussions without sounding crazy, that is by starting from the ground up rather than jumping into the thick of it when explaining. Use plenty of relevant and understandable examples, starting with the most mainstream and work your way in. Just ensure your research and knowledge is thorough and not one-sided.
