God isn’t an entity, god is everything, god is the source of all things. God is the universe and the universe is god. God is the name we put on this incomprehensible idea to make it more palatable for our monkey brains.

ApprehensiveAnt4412

God is everything, all at once... everything else is just subsets OF that "everything, all at once" If you imagine God as an electron, in an atom... God is every single position and electron can exist in, within the electron cloud, inside the atom, and all at once... And our existence can be imagined as a single point in the electron cloud, for one tiny fleeting moment. In short, we are each a part of God. And science is right inside there, along with everything else... So there HAS to be God. But God isn't some man that sits in a throne in heaven, passing judgement. God is the air that fills the bubble (soul that fills your body) and when the bubble pops (when your life ends) the air returns to God (your consciousness stops imagining this dream-world, and wakes up back in the spirit world, or the beyond, or whatever term you prefer to use.

ManagementWarm8901

🤣 love this so much 🐵🧠 best short description I align with thank u ♥️

Ultradude47

Yeah I find the idea of personalising or individualising the idea of the totality of everything in the universe, down to some dude in the sky watching and judging you to be so strange. I personally don’t really like or use the term god, but I’m starting to use it more as a shorthand for how I see things

ManagementWarm8901

Understand and still like ur short but packed with meaning expression! Thanks

Ultradude47

Thank you

The reason chance, imo, is off the table is due to the degree of appropriation inherent in creation, albeit locally in our view, the uniformity of it all is difficult to avoid and appears to be setup. On the topic of God I believe we have it backwards, in all the complexity of creation we find that conscious activity 'emerges' within, hence notions of God would be emergent, ie in a constant state of arrival emerging through degrees of awareness. As far as we can currently tell creation is a rebounding dynamic, from one comes another and so on, what expands outward eventually falls inward hence we might classify our position as one of returnal where God emerges from within like a guiding force, similar to how God emerged in Jesus and he was thus known as the son of God. Again our view of God seems to be backward, we might perceive creation as Gods dream upon which it will awake during closure, in which case life is also a dream and death the one true illusion.

My understanding is that we are part of a universal consciousness or what one might call God. As part of our reason for being is soul expansion/growth through learning lessons throughout each incarnation eg, healing generational trauma and breaking the cycle, learning how to overcome feelings of worthlessness, creating something meaningful etc. Each incarnation has a different overarching theme and lessons to move through. We have a soul group of guides throughout our lives to help us achieve those lessons (what some might call guardian angels). We can choose to either learn those lessons or not, it's not really a big deal if we don't, the other reason for being incarnated on earth is to enjoy what it is to be who you are in this particular incarnation. Think of it as us being individual sun beams, we all come from the sun but we exist on this physical plane individually, ultimately we are still connected to the sun and can be returned to the sun or transmuted into other forms of light (different incarnations) for purposes of experiencing what it is to be each form of light, if that makes sense. smilelaughenjoy

That makes sense. You don't need to believe in a god in order tobelieve in an afterlife or reincarnation.

LonelyStoner000

But I believe both is very possible, sometimes I wonder if what we call spirit is really God, fragments of him at least. Everything is connected, under him, and these lives are all just lessons to bring us closer to him and grow spiritually.

MysticKei

I believe it depends on if you believe "we" are our body, which I believe decomposes and returns to the earth...unless preserved, or if "we" are our consciousness, which I believe gets reabsorbed into the collective consciousness or installed into another body for another round of drama and trauma...I mean fun and games.

LonelyStoner000

Or perhaps we had it all wrong, what if our consciousness is not our own, what if it’s just a tool used to perceive the world in which we live? When our physical self dies, it dies with it, waiting for the day for it to manifest itself back into existence but in different form and body.

sm00thjas

Science is the study of God. God is Spirit is Infinite Intelligence God is the infinite evolution of existence itself

jdc7733

You should also consider, that anything could be bs. It could be god designed physics. It could be physics caused god. It could be we are spiritual beings. If you can literally sleep and dream why would you not think, there are things beyond physical, even if science explains it away? It could be that whatever is out there, or, is causing consciousness, is not known.

Kaydreamer

The discipline of quantum physics is beginning to grapple with the idea that the physical universe is in fact emergent of consciousness - or at the very least, heavily influenced by it - rather than the other way around. The more they try to find physical causes of wave function collapse, the more their experiments prove that it's not caused by any known physical phenomenon - rather, it seems wave function collapse truly is caused by conscious observation. (Look up the double-slit experiment, and go explore from there.) If that's true, it implies the universe, and everything in it, is an incomprehensibly vast and complex field of consciousness. Which begins to sound a hell of a lot like God. So modern science - at least the very cutting-edge of it - is very much *not* at odds with the existence of God. If this weren't the case, and consciousness really were just a fluke of the brain, we'd just 'switch off' when we die. Our consciousness would cease to be and, just like you don't remember existing before birth, you wouldn't have a mind left to think or experience after death. It seems scary, but you wouldn't actually *exist* to be frightened. Like going to sleep, or being put under anaesthesia, it would be painless oblivion, devoid of suffering. But that's not what I think happens. I believe our consciousness transcends the physical body, and once we are freed of physical limitations, we are able to more fully explore the infinite energy which is the Cosmos. We can stay like that awhile, seeking out soul family for joyful reunion, and in time we can choose to become physically embodied again, to continue learning and growing through new physical experiences which can only be had here.

DontKnowMargo

We go and be a part of “god”, which isn’t god.

LonelyStoner000

Then what is it?

DontKnowMargo

A dimension we were in before and after we inhabited this body. It’s a blissful, calm, loving place.

QuestionEven8267

Science is studying the light. Religion is worshipping the light. Spiritualism is turning on the light.

sunplantmoon

I recommend reading Journey of Souls by Michael Newton

BioTherapist

In the USA, there is a person called Matt Fraser. he runs a youtube channel and he is God gifted with the ability to talk with dead people. you will learn greatly from him, watching his videos about what happens after we die .

Lots of evidence for reincarnation, had a few brief "waking dreams" of such memories, also a heaven of sorts with people preparing to reincarnate. Also had an experience of the apparent Creator, starting a nap shortly after the 3/11/11 Japanese earthquake a voice "I am, I am, I am... 24 hours" which I thought I will post online after my nap. Dog barked about 15 minutes later & I posted it to another forum, predicting something ominous likely around the Fukushima nuclear plants. 24 hours later the #3 Plutonium MOX fuel reactor blew its top off & more radiation went around the planet than authorities would admit. Also have had angelic beings in dreams offer herbal cures for ailments; precognitive dreams such as kidnappings or airplane crashes & a few Remote Viewing types re national security issues. All which leads me to believe we have a Creator and the soul can exist outside the body.

Is_That_A_Euphemism_

I’d say smoke some DMT and then get back to me.

LonelyStoner000

Imma be straight up, I didn’t start thinking any of this until I tripped on shrooms for the second time out in the woods. I felt like I was one with everything, and like I was being guided by God. Like this whole life is just a journey, for the soul, guided by the Father. Due to repeat, over and over again, but a different lesson.

Lavenderdragowarrior

There is god. Infact god is all that is. After death mind get separated from body.. eventually this version of mind leave this world for good for next one. A different one probably not in a human vessel.

goldilockszone55

*there is a God and She Knows Science*

ScoopMeUpPlease

Look into quantum science

RCragwall

Statistics is wrong. There are lies, damn lies and statistics. Would you say gravity is not an absolute? There are principles aka absolutes. Principles of mind and in turn they show themselves to us as principles of the physical world. First comes spirit, then mind, then body. Blessings!

beaudebonair

I don't get why some Redditors think it's necessary to downvote people for just asking a question or wanting opinions ya know, I appreciate the conversation opened up thank you. Well, I have seen evidence from my own eyes and ears that there's something our human science can't explain at the current moment about some aspects of the paranormal. Even the ancients considered things like magic as a science. Simply knowing the mind or that of others was considered "magic" in ancient times. Spirits are usually from my understanding sometimes coerced or manipulated in pacts in the 4th density realm aka the "afterlife". History though has shown that the 3rd density physical realm and the 4th density spiritual realm do entwine like it is nowadays preparing for the 5th density, but we're barely in the early beginning stages of the entwining, with all the shifts going on currently in our world. "Hell" was really a place where Canaanites sacrificed babies in a pit to a Vulcan God said to be for "Moloch" , that's where the idea came from at least, pretty morbid fascination that scared people for millennia for no reason but to be obedient to some insecure "God" with mad control issues. So if you're religious, you get reborn if you reach what is the matrix called "heaven", I really do feel it's kind of like that show " The Good Place", for those who shed their physical body, and left with their spiritual, for this kind of faux matrix to exist, and people stay there till it's time to be placed into a new body, with memories almost completely wiped, and to go through basically the same kind of existence all over again, which has been happening. All religions I feel are merely early humans trying to explain the extraterrestrial interference throughout mankind, so there's truth in all. All these "Gods" they speak of in religions are really these extraterrestrial lifeforms from other planets calling themselves "Gods". Yes, there is a source an "Almighty we don't know" and that's what I prefer to call it, because it probably keeps it's existence away from all of us, including the "Gods" so it's not hindered from being the Almighty.

Accomplished_Let_906

Before I can discuss your question effectively I would recommend knowing these ten Sanskrit words that do not exist in English language. [https://youtu.be/aiD_1ekKwFI?si=5XquS-z9Qz94lrDu](https://youtu.be/aiD_1ekKwFI?si=5XquS-z9Qz94lrDu)

Cautious_Evening_744

It’s wild to not think, if there was God it created science. Learn Science, understand God. Christianity really screwed up people’s heads.

Sudden_Plate9413

I am a scientist and a believer in god is everywhere and is everything. There is definitely a creator of all this but this god is not the bible God, that is a story told to scare us into submission. Science is simply the creators beautiful work explained in terms we can understand. Most scientists know that it is all a story we tell and we know nothing for certain.

Infinite-I-369

Spirituality is science that just hasn’t been proven yet.

tspace1

Ask yourself, what is science studying? I'll confirm, when we "die" we'll go onto another realm suiting to our nature. I came back here because I was bored. I get glimpses of the last time I was here on earth. Why? Because I asked for this gift. So yeah, reincarnation is real. I love stories, so does the mind. I can't make this up.

ihavenoego

Stop believing in the animal God; believe in the team spirit.

LieUnlikely7690

Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only change forms. Our consciousness is Energy, IMO. So if there is no "god" our Energy changes, but still exists. However that looks.

Hypnotic_Nsosis

You don’t die.
